The Laser Ammo SureStrike Laser Trainer 20GA Hunting Pack provides a rapid and convenient method for dry-fire practice with firearms chambered in 9 mm Luger and 20 GA. This way, you may practice with both handguns and long guns.

For use in long guns, first install the cartridge in the appropriate adapter sleeve. Then insert the cartridge in your firearm, just as you would chamber an ordinary round; aim your firearm toward a vertical surface or compatible electronic target, with each trigger pull the laser dot will indicate your would-be point-of-impact. This method of dry-fire practice ensures that your firearms is always safe, provides instant feedback of your proficiency and saves range.

The trainer cartridge can be easily converted to several other calibers with appropriate adapters, available separately. Compatible with several electronic targets and computer simulation systems, the trainer can be used for more sophisticated, professional-level training. It is also compatible with several other end-caps (the actuating mechanism) that convert the trainer into a boresighter or Extra Duration mode to provide feedback on common errors such as flinch or jerking the trigger. Using the trainer in boresighter mode provides an effective way to lead moving targets.

For your safety, when used in semi auto pistols, it is recommended to install the separately available safety pipe and safety nut; they ensure constant alignment in longer barrels and provide visual feedback as to the chamber's safety. This also ensures no trainer is forgotten in the chamber before reverting to live ammunition. Also included in the kit are six reflective targets and a battery pack.
