Excellent Playability

At first the guitar was buzzing but I turned the trusrod a bit and still the same. I called support to return it. They were quick to respond and sent me a free shipping for return. But after a few the buzzing was gone but it return one more time so I turned the trusrod a bit again and now it never buzzed. I decided to keep it. The sound is I think what I payed for but the playability is like an electric guitar. I love it and it is the reason I am hesitant to return it. The sound of the piezo is very good too, really close to the piezo of my jp6.
