IMPORTANT: This frame does not fit 13x19 photos! It is very slightly too small, but enough so that your picture will not fit inside without wrinkling! Note that though this frame looks like the MCS version, it is not identical. I have purchased both, and the MCS version is slightly higher quality and FITS. DO NOT BUY.
