I've had a few monopods for shooting weddings and this one by far outperforms all of them! Large feet give you a sturdy foundation. Locks to help you have a clean pan. Great piece of equipment that we use constantly and will probably get a second one pretty soon.

Even if manufacturer says it will hold... never leave your 500 to 3000 dll camera standing there for you, or anyone to know of... Im always strict with my crew to never leave anythin unnatended even if on a tripod... even the big tripods can be tipped over.

Amazing product!! Really smooth video head with pan and tilt motion. You can only pan and tilt with the video head.. not with the actual mono pod leg or else it will come off unless is unlocked . I really like the locking system! First time I left my camera on one leg While shooting a wedding..

I love this thing. Out on a shoot two days in a row doing a lot of run and gun with this and I often found myself setting this down with my gh4 and lens on it in order to swap out gear without having to worry about it falling over. I wouldn't recommend leaving it unmonitored or getting too far away from it, but as long as you use common sense, you'll probably love this thing.

It is stable and I know I would trust it with a standard DSLR . Thats why I purchased the device with some exceptions in windy situations =P. Im not sure how to adjust the tension on the base swivel/rotate, for me it feels loose. Tried to tighten it but seems Im doing it in the wrong place (The part where the ball joint and stem meets) Cons : Would not fit in a hand carry even after breaking it down to two parts (Feet and Body). Pros: Easy Setup Stable enough perfect for my mirrorless Nikon 1 J5 setup ***** If the detached base allows a head to be attached that would have added more functionality.

Amazing how this monopod works. Keep thinking that I can't walk away, but for most of my bodies & lenses it works like magic. Heavier lenses will topple, but am much impressed
