The best 35mm lens for M mount
I’ve owned and used the much more expensive Leica 35mm f/1.4 Summilux ASPH FLE, but optically I like the Zeiss better. Both are so good that there is really nothing to complain about with either, but I find the Zeiss to be a tad bit sharper and with slightly more “pop”, though the Leica has ever-so-slightly smoother bokeh. Amazing optics, quite possibly the best 35mm made
High quality build. Amazing optics. Pictures draw beautifully. The is one of the best lenses made. I use it on the A7r II via an adapter (Voightlander close focus) even though it is not designed for the E mount. The optics are not technically perfect but the images are amazing. It's draw is something amazing.
