Good video tripod for the money

I got this tripod to support a new small HD Camera on a wedding shoot. My wife (my second cameraman) used it. It is small and light enough for her yet is quite stable. Panning is quite smooth. A great smaller, lighter tripod.

About Libec TH-950DV

The Libec TH-950DV is fitted with an adjustable two positions of counterbalance for front heavy cameras as well as normal cameras weighting up to 4kg or 8.8lbs. It has a Quick release mounting plate. The removable camera mounting plate is fitted with a sliding screw for fine adjustment of counter balance. The camera mounting plate composition, made from extraordinarily strong magnesium alloy. Tilt brake system Disc caliper is used for tilt brake which will fix the head steady. The 75mm ball head makes leveling smooth and steady.
