About LCDVF Kinotehnik Electronic Viewfinder and HD-SDI to HDMI Converter Kit

The LCDVF Kinotehnik Kit includes the universal production-style electronic viewfinder and HD-SDI to HDMI Converter. The HD-SDI to HDMI Converter is handy when you need to use the LCDVFe Viewfinder with a camera with HD-SDI only output, such as a BlackMagic Cinema Camera. At the heart of the viewfinder is an Altera Cyclone FPGA device, known for its high memory-to-logic and DSP-to-logic ratios. This device enables fast startup and HD video processing at high picture quality while retaining energy efficiency.

The HD-SDI to HDMI Converter converts incoming HD-SDI signals into HDMI so that they can be sent to the electronic viewfinder. This aluminum converter comes with a 15mm mounting hole so that it can be easily installed to any rig system. The unit can be powered up from a wide voltage range, meaning that any rig battery can be used with the D-Tap cable included in the package.
