Even better with some brassing.

The grip is solid brass and coated with lacquer to keep it shiny. That isn't the look that I was going for, though. A careful application of paint stripper to the brass, keeping the plastic parts easily removed the lacquer. The grip now has a nice vintage patina that continues to get better looking as time goes on. Yes it is expensive, but it is very helpful with my large hands. Now that it looks better, in my opinion, it is a great addition to my Q3.

A little expensive but I think every M is more comfortable and yields better results with a thumb grip.

Excellent quality and integration into camera body

Nothing much to say here, except that the quality is exceptional, it integrates perfectly into the camera body and provides a much better place for your thumb to hold the camera. I use it in combination with the grip for the ultimate holdability, but it works well when used stand-alone as well.
