Worth The Expense
The finish matched the VX-Freedom optic that I put it on perfectly. It threaded into the scope without an issue and the Leupold flip up cap threaded into it just as well. With the shade on the front cap is moved forward to the perfect position to open it easily with your thumb while gripping the rifle ready to fire. I also like that the caps don't make contact with the scope when opened but can be pushed flat and out of your line of sight silently if needed.

What is there to say about this Lens Shade. It is a solid unit. No issues to date. I attached this shade on the VX-3i LRP 6.5-20x50mm (30mm) Side Focus MOA FFP. when I first purchased it and have yet to find a reason to take it off. The shade has not loosened up under recoil.
