Fantastic clarity
I bought these online at cableas and caught a half off sale for $150 and man let me tell you, it's a steal. Id easily pay $200+ for these binoculars. The clarity is amazing for the price. Hadnt had much field experience with them yet, but they feel very solid and the size isn't really much different than comparable binoculars. The field of view seems more than adequate. Im excited for hopefully years and years of use out of these things.

I had purchased a pair of Acadia binoculars from Craigslist about 6 years ago and loved them! About 2.5 years ago they were damaged in a car accident. I sent them in for repair 2.5 years later and Leupold sent me a brand new pair! I am a fan for life, thank you Leupold!!!

It's true; most people prefer the look and feel of a roof prism binocular, but many find themselves moving to a porro prism design when balancing the need for superior image quality with a reduced price. This is why Leupold is proud to present the BX-2 Acadia binocular. Fully multi-coated lenses provide enhanced photopic transmission, which in turn provides a bright crisp image.
The well balanced, phase coated, roof-prism design makes them comfortable and easy to hold, even during periods of prolonged viewing. Ergonomic placement of the diopter adjustment lever on the center focus wheel makes adjusting diopter settings to meet each user's specific needs fast and easy. Armored, waterproof and nitrogen filled, Leupold BX-2 Acadia binoculars are well protected against field conditions and feature the Leupold Limited Lifetime Warranty. Includes a case, quick detach neoprene neck strap, eyepiece covers and tethered objective lens covers.
