Leupold's Professional-Grade Optical System offers unmatched light transmission, providing superior performance in challenging lighting conditions. It also offers industry-leading glare reduction to ensure a clear image even in harsh, direct light.
In a Second Focal Plane (SFP) design, the reticle size remains consistent across different magnification levels. This is ideal for low-light hunting scenarios and in situations where range estimation hash marks are not used.
The M1C3 adjustments offer precise, low-profile dials with up to 71.5MOA of adjustment over three revolutions. They feature 1/4 MOA clicks, visual and tactile indicators, and a secure ZeroLock feature to prevent inadvertent adjustments.
The TMOA Plus reticle, inspired by the TMR style but in an MOA configuration, includes a hollow center aiming point for pinpoint accuracy, MOA hash marks for windage and bullet drop compensation. It provides accurate subtensions at the highest magnification, ensuring precise measurements across the field of view.
Yes, the Leupold Mark 5HD 7-35x56mm riflescope is 100% waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof, ensuring reliable performance in all weather conditions.

I love everything about the scope except the abscense of illumination. At the price point and features illumination should be standard especially on a FFP scope

Great scope clarity is what you would expect from leupold clear and crisp. Magnification is great and tracking is awesome love how it locks so there is no accidental bump movement when packing it around. Will definitely be getting more to fit all my guns with them

As with all my previous Leupold products the glass is clear, reticle is great for current application. Turrets track well and hold zero.

best scope ever hands down. Leupold has a customer for life. the MK 5 3-18x44 is unbeatable in this mag range for its size and weight. glass is amazing, adjustments are crisp and smooth, and zero stop works perfectly.

The best scopes on the market period. Most highground schools still recommend Leupold for a reason. Turrets have positive clicks and glass is incredibly clear.

I was on the fence with the tmr reticle in this scope, but after spending some time with it, it is plenty fine enough for the work i do. I think the pr1 or other more finely reticled would be too thin and unusable in any range other than 12x up. The reticle is clear and usable at 5x all the way up to 18x. Eye box is pretty generous through the magnification range as well. I also love the locking turrets which was the feature that put me here over other options. Im about to replace my other non mk5 scopes that arent already nightforce or razor hd. . . i prefer this to those bc of the locking turrets (my rifle deploys from a pack a lot. . . )

Very good eye relief, crystal clear glass, easy to zero --- but the couple issues I had was it arrived with a stained sun shade (it's an fde colored scope) after contacting leupold I was told they'd take care of but sent me a black replacement. . when contacting them about this I was told they only have black sun shades??? Obviously not because I ordered an fde scope so they are obviously making them for production scopes. At the range sighting in the scope I had an issue that involved not being able to get the scope/reticle low enough. You can take the turret off and bring it lower but I had to go 2 full turns with I thought was quite a bit . . after that was done no issues. It's my first leupold scope but won't be my last.

THE CLICKS! This optic is recognized as one of the best and most popular for a reason. The turret clicks are incredible, the glass clarity is crisp, the tracking is spot on, it's hard to beat!

Great scope with very clear glass. 4/5 stars mainly because of 2 specific things: 1. The lines on the elevation turret are very difficult to tell if they are lined up with the reference line. The reference line is only half as wide as the lines on the knob so difficult to tell which 0. 1 mil I'm on. And then the reference line for the windage know is VERY far away from the actual turret. The line should've either been carried through the threads or been placed inside of the threads closer to the knob. 2. The reticle and subtensions could be just a hair thicker. Easy to see at 35x but most people use it closer to 20-25x.

The versatility and user friendliness of these scopes are unmatched in my opinion. I have 2 now and plans of getting a 3rd one for my wife's new build. My biggest takeaway has been these scopes ability to grab light. Makes a huge difference on those first light, time to shoot moments.

I've had them all
By Hunter
I've owned and shot 95% of your premium brands, Kahles, Nightforce, S&B, Razors, etc and none are as good as this scope. The turrets are incredible, the glass is brighter than all of the other scopes and on par with the Kahles. The glass shows more color to my eye at extreme distance 1500 yds and beyond than my Kahles which is why it replaced it on my 338 Lapua. I've never lost a zero, even on a big caliber and had first round impact repeatability with no issue. Very well thought out and very...

Amazing clarity!!!

I recently shot at an ELR Competition in Wyoming. We engaged targets out to 2100 yards. On that 2100 yard target I could see all of the impact marks from shooters that had previously hit the target.
Before setting out on your next long-range shooting adventure, equip yourself with the precision-engineered Leupold Mark 5HD 7-35x56 Riflescope. This high-quality optic extends your reach without the burden of added weight, offering a substantial magnification range while maintaining a sleek profile comparable to its 5-25x56mm counterpart.
Crafted with Leupold's Professional-Grade Optical System, the Mark 5HD 7-35x delivers exceptional light transmission, ensuring peak performance even in the most challenging lighting conditions. The M1C3 adjustments offer precise, low-profile dials with up to 71.5MOA of adjustment over three revolutions, featuring 1/4 MOA clicks, visual and tactile indicators, and a secure ZeroLock feature.
The TMOA Plus reticle, inspired by the TMR style but in an MOA configuration, is situated on the second focal plane. It includes a hollow center aiming point for pinpoint accuracy, MOA hash marks for windage and bullet drop compensation, and is not caliber specific. This reticle provides accurate subtensions at the highest magnification, ensuring precise measurements across the field of view.
In summary, the Leupold Mark 5HD 7-35x56 Riflescope is an advanced, durable, and accurate optic designed for serious long-range shooters who demand the best in optical performance and reliability.
