I have used every brand

I have used every brand of optic in this size on the market and the leupold is a great offering in the open emitter space. I am currently running this on a semi auto . 308 as an offset optic and it has held up to the abuse and recoil very well. I have had zero issues with this optic holding zero and performing the way I expect. I will definitely be purchasing more of them in the future.

This optic is clear with large field of view. The color isn't so much FDE but more like a coyote if your worried about tbat sort of thing. If your in need of a optic plate, it's a little difficult to find. Only change I'd offer is to make it with a green dot. Great optic

As always, Leupold did a fantastic job. Very well made. And these things can take a beating and still function. Only complaint I have is putting the battery in or out. I finally got it done. But people with larger hands, really struggle. I mounted mine on an Sig Sauer M18. And love it!

Love my DPP. It may

Love my DPP. It may be sacrilege but I popped it onto to my 45 lever action. Target acquisition is now awesomer . I did notice Leupold made a change to the battery compartment lid. Maybe there were retainer issues.

Great Optic for Turkey Guns!

I have two of the DPP's mounted on shotguns that I use for turkey hunting. They were easy to install, zero and use. I've killed several turkeys using the DPP's mounted on shotguns which made getting on the birds easier for my older eyes.

About Leupold DeltaPoint Pro

Most people think of the DeltaPoint Pro as a pistol sight, but it's just as capabale on an AR platform as it is on a handgun. The DP Pro AR mount brings the red dot to just the right height without adding a ton of weight or bulk. It's ideal for AR pistols for lightweight builds where every ounce matters.

Locking Adjustment System (DeltaPoint)
The Deltapoint locking adjustment system features two screws that lock in windage and elevation adjustments, meaning your reticle won't wander under heavy recoil or extended fire. 120-MOA of adjustment room allows for precision changes so you can dial in your target with guaranteed accuracy.

Magnesium Housing
Lightweight but tough as nails, a rugged magnesium housing protects the optic during fast-paced action.
