Best thermal for a great price.
I had a FLIR for iPhone and this is way better, batt last long and easy controls. Can reach out far and compact. If your looking for a great thermal product, you will not be disappointed.

It worked!

Great Thermal Tracker
I use the LTO Tracker 2 for camping/hiking. I like the look and feel off the unit. It looks and feels like it is designed and engineered well. The screen is sharp and clear. Everything works as advertised. I would like to have a higher sensor resolution for though, but that's what the HD model is for. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of media (video, operation manual) about this specific unit from Leupold, other than the included handout (too small to call a manual, as alluded to previously). For example, the Beacon Mode functionality could be explained better and more in-depth. Furthermore, the media that does exist on the Leupold website seems to focus more on the HD models (e.g., LTO Tracker HD, LTO Tracker HD). For example, the LTO Tracker 2 does not have a reticle. Yet, if one watches the video associated with this device on the Leupold LTO Tracker 2 webpage, one might deduce there is supposed to be one. That feature is not available with the LTO Tracker 2. Please make website media and video specific to the LTO Tracker 2, Leupold, not in conjunction with your other, higher-end products.

Well worth it.
The product does exactly what it was designed for. I have picked up life signatures easily while driving with a buddy through Wildlife management areas. Makes a world of difference before dawn and dusk when scouting. Sunny days does give more interference than other weather. It will take a couple of trips to get use to what to look for.

Great product
This product is great! I recently used it on a White-tailed deer hunt and was impressed with how easy it was to operate. The only negative to this product was how pixelated the image gets when zoomed in.

Good luck finding something better for the price
Works great very simple to use. I have used optics over 1500$ that dont compare to the quality of this. Hopefully they come out with a scope one day.

Would recommend to friends.
Have only used these a few times while going to the deer stand. So far I've been able to see a few deer standing at the feeder before daylight. I don't know if that helps me or not, just kinda cool to see what's around before you can see them with the naked eye. Also watched a couple does just after dark the other evening. They were about 80 yards out, we could make out all 3 of them with the power turned up to 1.5x. I hope I never have to track a deer very far, but I can see where these will be helpful for that. Oh, and can see hot/cold spots in the house. #sweepstakes

Great device for hunters and for personal defense.
Prices on the LTO have dropped and now this is a must have device that is usable for a variety of activities. Very impressive themal detection!

Not up to Leupold's usual standards
Recently purchased this on sale at Bass Pro and very dissapointed with purchase. Included instructions are almost nonexsistent. This does not live up to Leupold's usual quality that I have come to expect. I have several Leupold scopes that I am more than Happy with.
There are several things along with no instructions that could be helpful. Acrring case or belt clip of some sort, a landyard attachment, lens covewrs, to name a coupie.
This is one Leupold product that I deffently would not recommend to anyone.
Truely dissapointed to say the least.

I like it
My biggest complaint is the pixelated screen after you zoom past 3x. I suppose that's why they made an HD version though. I really like the ability to adjust the gain, and the different screen color palettes. Overall I feel that if your settings are correct it performs well and does its job. Most of the review issues I read on other sites are user error. Overall a great product and exceptional battery life compared to others.

Bad product
Second time i went to use the tracker it didnt work and the warranty is only 2 years, I would buy a better product.

A must have for your hunting or hiking kit
This is a must have for your kit, Well built and light weight, having an item like this could save crucial hours in locating a lost hiking or hunting companion
