Great scope for 450 Bushmaster

Best bang for the buck scope for a 450 bushmaster used for Deer. I put a 3-9x freedom on a Ruger Gunsite 450 BM. I used the rear mounts not the front rail. 100 yard groups are under 1 inch. Bagged two bucks last year at 180 yards. If you hunt in lower Michigan where the shots are from 20- 200 yards this is all the scope you need. CDS is pre calibrated for Hornady 450BM ammo. 3:1 Zoom Ratio
A 3:1 zoom ratio is very common in many scope models. It gives you 3 times more magnification at high power than at low power, so you can dial your power down for close encounters or all of the way up for long-range shots.

Custom Dial System Compatible
Leupold's Custom Dial System (CDS) gives you the ability to customize your turret (adjustment dial) to your exact ballistics and environmental conditions. Once your new custom dial is installed, simply range the target, turn the dial to that number, and aim dead on.

Lockable Eyepiece
