The VX-3HD features an illuminated FireDot Twilight Hunter Reticle, designed specifically for low-light situations. With seven brightness settings and an easy-to-use illumination dial, you can quickly and accurately target, even in harsh daylight. The thin lines of the reticle obscure less of the target and image, allowing for precise shooting.
The riflescope also boasts a 3:1 zoom ratio, providing three times more magnification at high power than at low power. This flexibility allows you to adjust your power for close encounters or dial it up for long-range shots.
Leupold's Custom Dial System (CDS) offers the ability to customize your turret to your exact ballistics and environmental conditions. Once your custom dial is installed, simply range the target, turn the dial to that number, and aim with confidence.
The VX-3HD also incorporates a ZeroLock system, which prevents accidental dial movement by locking it in place. This ensures your settings remain consistent, even in challenging conditions.
To extend battery life, the riflescope features Motion Sensor Technology (MST), which automatically deactivates the illuminated reticle after five minutes of inactivity and reactivates instantly when movement is detected.
