I previously owned an RX 2. Used it for years and is still working great. A good friend of mine told me about the RX 5. Just shot a 2 day 3D shoot last weekend. I couldn't be happier!! So easy to use and remarkably accurate. So glad i purchased it, thanks Leupold.

So far its been great. I got it late in the season so I haven't had a lot of time to use it yet but I plan on putting it through its paces this year for Turkey, TAC, 3D and of course fall deer.

Shot two really big mule deer bucks this year using this device! It's accurate and easy to use. The only thing I really wished they offered with this model is the Leupold control module, where you can connect it to your phone and drop a pin on OnX where you're ranging to. Other than that, I highly recommend.

As described in several reviews, the rangefinder works great...when it works. There appears to be a known issue with the battery connection, especially during colder weather. Frequently it will not turn on unless the battery door is opened and then closed again. This must be repeated time after time. Not conducive to good hunting. First claim to Leupold resulted in new battery doors; this does not solve the problem. Now I have to send it in for service (at my expense) and be without a rangefinder for several weeks. This is not good in the heart of hunting season!! Disappointed other options are not being offered.

Excellent rangefinder for archery. I could not be happier after having to upgrade from my 15 year old Leupold TBR rangefinder.

Love it. Accurate and easy to use. Setup was not too tough, went to my local archery shop for ibo. Love the size, it is small and compact. I do hunt rifle from time to time and it works just fine for rifle ranges from what I have found.

I bought this fulldraw five because all I archery :black_square_stop: hunt. I've had other rangefinders before, and what I don't like about this rangefinder is its ability not to pick up ranges if there's a branch, or anything somewhat in the way. My others rangefinder as long as the reticle isn't obstructed it's giving me an accurate range.

Purchased new and immediately had problems with powering on. Had to remove battery door and replace each time before use. Called support they said they were aware of the issue and sent me two new battery doors. Did not solve it. Said i had to send it in on my own dime and would take 4-6 weeks leaving me with the only option to buy another rangefinder ahead of my trip and sell this one when they send it back. Super disappointing. Seems like being a known production issue, there would be more accommodations made for the consumer to get a replacement unit out asap or at least make it right. Have been loyal Leupold customer for years and appreciated their made in america efforts. Seems like it has declined and that is no longer important to their brand. Wont be repurchasing from them again unfortunately.

I absolutely love this range finder. If you want a range finder dedicated for archery, this is, hands down, the best there is. I've had a few and all had their issues. I researched until my eyes blurred. It was between this and the top competitor because the competitor claimed it was the easiest to see on all target types/colors. I found a store where I could test both side-by-side. First, picking up the two almost made up my mind on the spot. Second, no matter which target I pointed at, the Full Draw was easier to see. 

Lastly, I went to TAC with my wife. Leupold has a tent where you can borrow gear. We each checked out the Full Draw 5. On every target, we both got identical readings while everyone else we were with had changing readings (along with other ranging issues). 

Shoots through grasses really well, LOVE the line that shows arrow peak height and it feels great in the hand. Absolutely love the product. I buy the best product for my needs, not based on brand loyalty but Leupold keeps doing stuff to bring me back again and again.

I bought this for an Elk hunt and when I needed it the most, it failed ! It didn't turn on so I can range the elk. This happened throughout the hunt and the only thing that would get it to work again was to unscrew the battery cap over and over. Very disappointed.

According to some Leupold rangefinders (I started with the RX 1000i TBR), the RX FullDraw 5 is probably the worst of them all. It doesn't measure animals in clearings at all, nor does it measure dark animals when they're in the sun. He has about 60% measurement errors. In brown animals it often shows 1450mt at 25mt. I can't really recommend him. I am very disappointed in the value for money.

This has been a perfect upgrade to my old rangefinder. The angle compensation works great and makes it easy to use. The 6x glass is clear and I can use as a small monocular in a pinch. It picks up black and white targets quickly, unlike my past rangefinders, and gives accurate distances.

I was impressed with this range finder.l have three other range finder's one more expensive than this one. The RX-FullDraw 5 puts them years back in time. If you want a good range finder that's easy to use and accurate and reliable the Rx-FullDraw 5 is worth every penny. I have bow hunted deer in the east and rifle hunted out west this range finder made my hunts a success. When I leave to go hunting the Rx-FullDraw 5 is the first thing in my backpack! It's a great range finder wish I had one years ago.

A great tool for bow hunting. Easy to use right out of the box. I love the display of peak flight path point. I used this all season and it worked flawlessly. I would recommend this to anyone.
