You definitely need a lens
You definitely need a lens shade when shooting in the sunlight! This makes me focus better with a clearer picture when aiming! A must have if you're a serious shooter!

This sun shade was just
This sun shade was just what I needed. Reduced glare during early and late hours of the day. Got and finish on this perfectly matches my VX3 scope and alumina covers

Protects my Lens
I am a photographer and like the idea that this is added protection for the optic.
However, I now need a new scope cover.
I would like it if the pages for the Lens Shades included a recommend scope cover.
To take away the mystery of what size to buy.

I have a 40mm bell

Sturdy and easy to screw on. Hasn't loosened on its own in any way. Would like to see more of a seamless transition from the end of the scope to where it meets the shade to make it look more like it's one solid piece overall. But I'm just an aesthetic person and it's not that big of a deal.
