Lightweight, feels durable in hand and screws on effectively. I wish these were a sized to scope checkout option when I bought my scope so I don't have to root through the specs and find this on the site.

They fits the VX5 nicely
They fits the VX5 nicely and stays closed, but got nicked from bumpping trees and rocks when lower the gun from the tree stand. It would be nicer if the outside was rubber coated.

I like the all aluminum
I like the all aluminum design, however the lens is really hard to flip up with the thumb button. I bought this piece for my VX-3HD 4. 5-14x50 because I loved the ones on my dad's VX-3i, however something on this one seems off.

Customer assistance was great! I accidentally ordered the wrong set of scope covers and felt at a total loss, but customer service helped me find the exact set that I needed, purchased them with my own doubts however they know about their products because they fit perfect! Work great, price is right, Leupold forever!

These are not as nice
These are not as nice as they used to be. Still far superior to the all plastic ones, but not as well made as my older Alumina caps. Much harder to actuate and just feel 'cheaper'. It is very noticeable on the eyepiece.

Need to practice with these more but it was not seamless when a nice bull stepped out at 450 yards to get the front cap open in bitter cold. Would also like to see a more tactile close. 4. 5 out of 5 stars, best product on the market so far
