The best handgun scope .

Best scope on my Ruger 44. Would really like one for my S&W 460 XVR. Have tried a few other makes but they did not last. Please start production again

Great scope but lousy customer appreciation

Great scope (VX3 2. 5-8x32mm pistol scope), holds up to extreme handgun calibers with ease! The problem with it is, well not with the scope at least, it is with LEUPOLD! Someone in their infinite wisdom decided to discontinue this scope and have no plans on bringing it back nor bringing out a replacement of the same quality or better. I maybe the only handgun hunter in the world that feels this way and maybe the only one that is willing to pay for a good, strong, reliable handgun scope (variable powered) in silver or matte finished, but I wish Leupold would bring it back.

VX-3 Handgun scope

I own (2) of these scopes, both silver and have had no problems with them at all. One is mounted on a S&W Performance Center .500 S&W magnum and the other is on a Ruger Super Blackhawk hunter in .41 Remington magnum. I'm going to purchase a third one to be placed on a Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 Casull. These are great scopes, made in the U.S.A. and are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Leupold VX-3 2.5-8x32 Handgun Scope

I am a handgun hunter and have hunted several species all over the world. I typically am making shots at 200 to 300 yards, with my 300 WM TC and 300 WSM HS Precision pistols. Optics are always a challenge and I have tried several different brands. The Leupold VX-3 2.5-8x32 handgun scope is the best handgun optic I have used. It, by far has the best clarity and EER, and the 8 power is about the highest practical magnification option for a pistol. There are 2 options that could make it better, if it had a ballistic plex and/or a dial turret. Regardless this is the best handgun optic I have used.
