A versatile and compact solution for professional video monitoring, the Leader ZEN Series LV7300 1.5RU 4K/12G-SDI/HDR Rasterizer delivers exceptional performance without compromising on functionality. Designed to support a wide range of SDI signals, from SD through 12G rates, this rasterizer is equipped with advanced physical layer testing capabilities. Its 1U half-rack design makes it an ideal choice for space-constrained environments while ensuring robust performance.
The LV7300 offers comprehensive measurement and quality control tools, including waveform, vector, picture, audio, and eye pattern displays. These features facilitate detailed analysis of various audio and video formats, ensuring precise monitoring and error detection. The status display provides a clear overview of system stability and errors, supported by event logs and long-term charts. For audio monitoring, embedded SDI signals can be visualized on level, Lissajous, and status displays.
This rasterizer supports a variety of signal inputs, including SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, 12G-SDI single link, and 4K 3G-SDI dual link. It comes standard with multiple display options, such as video signal waveform displays, vector displays, picture displays, and 5 BAR displays. Additionally, it includes video signal quality (QoE) error detection features like freeze error, error black, and gamut error detection.
The LV7300's customizable layout allows users to arrange video signal waveforms, vector waveforms, and input signal pictures in preferred positions and sizes. Its Focus Assist function employs a new algorithm based on nonlinear super resolution technology, enabling high-sensitivity focus detection even in low-contrast images. Users can adjust sensitivity across five levels to suit different video scenes.
With the optional SER23 feature, the LV7300 supports a 3D-LUT function, allowing real-time conversion of 3D-LUT cube files for diverse measurement and conversion outputs. HDR monitoring is enhanced with support for HLG and PQ as per ITU-R BT.2100, alongside S-log3 level monitoring and luminance management in displays considering OOTF. The HDR scale is displayed alongside the IRE scale on video signal waveform displays, and the cine zone display differentiates HDR and SDR areas with color coding.
For seamless integration, the LV7300 includes TALLY functionality via RS-422/485 serial communication terminals, enabling camera ID and tally display with fast switching capabilities through remote terminals. It also supports a full range of SDR features, including waveform display, vectorscope, CIE chart, histogram, CineLite, CineZone, and DPX and TIFF file capture.
The rasterizer's false color display support enhances picture analysis, making it easy to identify highlights, human skin tones, 18% gray, blacks, and more. With a DC power input, the LV7300 is versatile enough for use in locations lacking AC power, making it a reliable choice for diverse professional video environments.
