I had to buy this $30+ cable adapter to connect a headset to a Samson beltpack transmitter.  The transmitter was falsely shown as including the headset with it. This cable was an additional expense that costs as much as the headset they show in their description.  I got the headset it off Amazon since it did not come as shown by Adorama.  It works, but I dont recommend this over buying a beltpack transmitter / headset combo as they advertise but is really just the beltpack transmitter alone.
