A bad experience, and a waste of money
I bought a thinkpad in December 2019, and in February 2021 it stopped working, shut down and didn't reboot, didn't even turn on the charging light. The official technical service told me that it was the faulty motherboard. They informed me that the machine was no longer under warranty, and the change of part was as expensive as buying a new machine and they promised to do tests to see if it could be fixed without changing the mother, but it has been more than 2 months. . and still had no answer.
The machine was never hit, shaken or wet. It was always used as a desktop computer and only once or twice did it leave my house.
I saved money for a long time to buy my first LENOVO, and I chose that machine because it had upgradeable components that I could improve in the future, convinced that it would last for many years.
According to the website, the machine is military certified, but the motherboard is faulty and LENOVO does not take care of this faulty component from the factory.
I am totally disappointed and frustrated, because after so much effort, I only have a very expensive paperweight.

Good machine, great price, and what was expected.
The device is sleek and clean in line with Lenovo products. The ordering process and post-order communication through delivery was very good. Too new to really assess the performance of the device, but it seems to be functioning well and as expected.

Great work or home laptop!
I love my new laptop. I was hesitant to order a laptop online, but I'm so glad I did. We use Lenovo exclusively at work and I based the specs off our work requirements. This is the perfect laptop for work and home. I love the size, speed and the separate number key pad. Setup was super simple and I was up and running in no time.

Wonderful laptop

I bought this laptop few weeks ago, and I am happy about this notebook.
I like it a lot, only fault is that sometimes it don't react immediately to writing, which is pretty annoying especially while programming.

Great Machine!
The machine is great! The only thing that bothers me when using the keyboard, is the location of the Fn key. I'm used to having the Ctrl key at the left most position and I always end up pressing the Fn key instead of the Ctrl key. Bothersome if you are always using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V (copy-paste.

Good Machine with Missing stuff!
1. A good and operates smoothly, but did not come with a finger reader!
Quite disappointed with that.
2. The battery supposed to last around 10-12 hours as advertised but on battery saving mode it can give you 7 hours, not bad, but not delivering on the promise.

Almost pefrect tool for eevrything :-)
Cons: The chasis is pretty sensitive for fingerprints, the speakers pointing down will clog when working with the device on your lap, it is not possible to turn off touchpad when you are working with trackpoint, USB-C for charging of the laptop OR connecting USB-C device, vertical viewangle of the IPS display.
Pros: Everything else. Lightweight, small, fast, beautiful, bloatware-free.
