Great laptop so far but the batteries were bad
Great product but i had to replace batteries already in some of the devices i got. They didnt last 3 years and this isnt normal.

Excellent work laptop
It does exactly what I need it to do for work. It?s fast. Its sleek and slim and the charge hold ups.

Refurbished Laptop Runs Quick
I like this laptop! Only complaint is that sometimes when I shut the lid for a long time it doesn't sleep, it turns off. Nice and fast though, sleek and the touchscreen is more useful than I thought!

Exactly what I was looking for
Loving this so far! Nice feel to the keyboard and trackpad. The speakers sound good, the keyboard has backlighting. Screen and camera seem good. Not too heavy. The frame itself feels sturdy and nice to the touch. It has been able to handle me working on 100s of tabs and various Excel spreadsheets at once just fine! 100% happy with this purchase!

Great Laptop with not so great display
It's lightweight and comfortable to carry. It has all the specs that I needed in a laptop, 16GB RAM, 512 SSD, a backlit keyboard, and a camera shutter. I am disappointed with the display color saturation. It looks unrealistic and unpleasant to the eyes. Moving from my DELL latitude to this one, I can notice a remarkable difference.

Great computer, if you can boot it...
I received this computer as a work computer. I think overall it is a great computer, except for one fatal flaw, it does not boot up properly. If the computer is shutdown or left in sleep/hibernate for too long, my computer needs SEVERAL hard resets (by holding the power button for 10+ seconds when turning off and on) to start back up again

Finally found professional-grade quality in a home
I am a retired IT professional (ex software engineer) who has owned and used many PCs and laptops over the years. Most recently and prior to this purchase, I purchased laptops from 2 different big name vendors (competitors of Lenovo) and had problems with both. The first was small, light and responsive, but had ongoing motherboard issues. The second was big, clunky and slow with a cheap network card which, half the time, would not connect to Wi-Fi unless it was sitting next to the router. When I got tired of wrestling with them, I decided to try a ThinkBook.
My new ThinkBook 14 combines the best of both the laptops described above, with none of the drawbacks. The ThinkBook is lightweight, highly responsive, starts up immediately, has no trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, and, so far at least, has no glitches. I went with Windows 11, which seems to be rock solid and requires a minimal learning curve when moving from Win 7 or 10. I can't be happier and am so glad I paid a bit more for Lenovo quality.

A workhouse, great features & value
The Thinkbook 14 is a great workhorse of a laptop for our workplace. It is feature packed, durable and reasonably priced. I find it it a better value than some of lenovo's higher end laptops

Do not use fingerprint ID
The fingerprint ID will often not work, and get you locked out of your ability to use your own computer. Thanks Microsoft.

First time use of a Lenovo as a family laptop
It is user's friendly laptop. Setting the laptop for the first time was easy, next experienced that before. The laptop satisfies the needs for basic family use. The price is very reasonable. Most of the family members have used (and some still) using ThinkPad. So, the family's expectation has been met and we are very satisfied.

Wow! Beauty and Speed Wrapped in One
I am enjoying my new Thinkbook 14 Gen 2. I have been without a laptop for about 5 years and, wow, I am truly excited about the design, very light weight, and its capabilities. And this one does have touchscreen, a feature I did not expect. I primarily use this laptop for personal activities which includes keeping my files, writing enciuraging words to others, and browsing/streaming.

Very Good All-Around Laptop
As a longtime Lenovo customer, the Thinkbook 14 Gen 2 is a very good continuation of what makes Lenovo great. I love laptop's keyboard, the reliability and familiarity, and ability to multitask. I have noticed the bottom of the laptop gets very hot when playing graphic-intensive video games, but other than that, I have no issues using the laptop.

ThinkBook Good...except
The ThinkBook was fine but the keyboard did not meet my expectations. The keys were too flat.
I sent it back and ordered a ThinkPad which I like much better.

ThunkBook 14 Thoughts
All of the ports are greatly appreciated. My previous laptop was a 13? and did not have all of the necessary ports for everyday use. The performance is great for the price range and have had no issues or slow speeds, even with multiple heavy programs running at the same time. The laptop can get a little hot after using for a few hours but that can be improved with better circulation within the workspace, not too much of an issue in my opinion.

Good, but flawed.
Performance-wise, there are no issues in handling my workload and it looks great. Battery-life is mediocre, I have to charge it more often than I expected. There is one major external issue in that it rocks when on a flat surface, the computer is not even and it is quite noticeable when looking above the touchpad.
