I had some issues getting started (TPM was locked). Battery life isn't quite what I expected, but still good. Overall this tiny laptop is packed with performance. Internals even leave some room for upgrades if that's your thing. Fantastic price after discounts

The Thinkbook 13s is a nice laptop. Excellent keyboard. I am enjoying the fingerprint reader it is accurate and quick. Lightweight and good battery life. Besides the Lenovo apps it came with very little bloatware.

One of the very best and affordable ultra portable laptops. I tried a Thinkpad and two Asus laptops before I decided on this. The Thinkpad had the same specs and was very nice. For the price of the Thinkbook and specs it was a no brainer. It's a very powerful device and can handle light gaming. Eventually I will be running this with an e-gpu later down the road.

After waiting over a month for the laptop to get delivered it got stuck in a boot-loop after 9 days of ownership. I submitted a repair ticket, the next day it got put on "Work Order - Hold" because the part (motherboard) was not available. The promised repair date came and went and I haven't heard anything. I called the tech support line and they couldn't tell me anything. I understand computers break, but it doesn't seem like Lenovo is in any hurry to make this right.

The screen goes black all of a sudden. Ice only had this less than a month and it's done this 10 times.

For the price I bought($830) at, its an overall great deal. The CPU is very capable even for some gaming. The screen has nice aspect ratio and color accuracy. Its limited to 60hz, but otherwise is really good. Port selection is nice. USB 4.0 is awesome. The fingerprint reader is super quick. The keyboard is very subjective, maybe not the best in my opinion, but overall pretty decent. The trackpad; however, is not great. The size is good, but the texture and click mechanics are very middling. The build quality is nice metal very good. Very light and compact. Would defo reccomend on sale.

Had it a little over a month. Haven't found anything I don't like so far. Owned a previous Thinkpad with major hinge issues - this one seems much more stable. This computer seems to be built better - more solid, yet lighter.

I am a longtime Lenovo customer. This my 4th+ Lenovo laptop and my 1st ThinkBook, and it is my favorite yet. It is lightweight, super fast and quiet. I love it!...Truly my favorite laptop to date. My last laptop was a Dell XPS and there is no comparison to Lenovo in terms of quality of build and sturdiness / durability as well as performance.

Laptops with AMD 6800u are hard to come by these days, especially one at this price. I bought it for school and some light gaming, and the laptop performed very well in both. It's also fairly thin and light, which makes it great for carrying it around places. Since it has a newer chip, it had a few glitches when I first got the laptop, but they went away after a few updates. The only complaint I have is that the display can be a little brighter, since it comes with a 300nit screen, it can be a bit too dim for outdoor usage. And a touchscreen option can be nice as well. Overall, I'd say this laptop packs a lot of value at this price range, and I am quite pleasant with this purchase.

Ordered the laptop on Jul 19. Received defective unit (chassis warped, rocking when typing). Returned for a replacement unit. After 3 weeks of promises of delivery, Lenovo said it was no longer available (despite a sale on the same item on website)! Delayed my project for which I ordered item for. Probably spent 6-7 calls and a couple hours talking to customer Svc alone during the whole ordeal. So a very bad experience. Let's see how the 2nd order goes.

The base of the laptop is uneven so it wobbles on a flat surface while typing. The wifi takes a while to find all available networks. Online video often stutters--I've compared this to other laptops on the same network and same browser settings. On the positive side, I like the weight, keyboard, trackpad, and monitor dimensions.

Pretty good power in a sleek little package. Seems to run most things fine but if you wanted to heavily game you may want to look into the eGPU dock.

I bought this for work. What I found is an issue where I tried sending it in for repair with a new motherboard to fix it myself. Well not really fixing it, more of a Band-Aid. I'm not sure how this unit was shipped out without proper testing. My problem - I use the computer with a docking station, Bluetooth keyboard, mouse and headset. At random times the computers USB and Bluetooth would be disabled for power reasons while being plugged in. This would cause the monitors to go black for 15 seconds, then it would drop the Bluetooth adapter. After waiting 2 minutes the whole unit would reboot without a crash. I tried testing it with different keyboards mouses and headsets and got stability but other times going back to the bluetooth microsoft branded keyboard and mouse and EPOS branded headset would send it spiraling into power control issues. After the failed motherboard replacement I went into the device manager and stripped power controls away from all USB devices and bluetooth adapter. After doing this the unit is stable. I shouldn't have to do this and the common user won't know what to do to fix it. Lenovo, all AMD 6000 laptops from you need to be fixed. I have P16s, T16 and this Thinkbook and they all have massive Bluetooth/USB power control issues.

Quick machine, but little quirks cause a bad experience. Mouse control seems a bit off with both trackpad and connected bluetooth mouse. Lenovo re-skin of windows settings is frustrating. Lastly, my unit screen brightness did not function properly. Am getting a replacement unit, so will update if everything functional.

I bought this computer as a replacement and after waiting to receive it a couple of weeks set it up. No problems. I then went on vacation and came back a week later and get nothing but a black screen and a lit up caps lock key and fn lock key. No response. I have not had time to contact support.

This laptop is ahead of its time! I am enjoying it to the fullest! Ok, so first let me talk about how well Lenovo did on the hardware. They did an amazing job with this machine, it has a really comfortable keyboard and trackpad! No complaints there, it is exactly what I expected and a bit better! The ports are great, Thank you Lenovo for putting USB4 on this machine, I have not gotten to testing it to its full potential but I'm glad its there. The screen and build quality are great! I love the two tone. The hinges are also really strong. I honestly cannot complain about the hardware. Ok now let me talk about the the actual software and internal component performance. There are a few cons here. Ok Let me start off by saying that this CPU is the reason I bought this. It is an absolute beast!!!! This 680M integrated graphics is revolutionary, I play lots of steam games and honestly anything I throw at it it does really well (FOR AN INTEGRATED GRAPHICS REMEMBER)!!. Also I tried many emulators and it works really well even if the TDP really doesn't go past 25ish Watts. Ok now for the cons. The first day I got this, I had many issues with the laptop glitching. It would crash, the screen would randomly just glitch and would be unusable. I would have to force restart. I was really worried, but I looked up online for help and apparently, the same day I bought it, a new update for the BIOS annnnnd the iGPU was released so I updated it right away and it worked! everything turned out better, but unfortunately until this day the laptop will just crash and I still have to force restart. But it happens much less frequently! At least it helped! But I understand this CPU and iGPU are very new and with a new product there are lots of updates for drivers and etc., so I will be patient with this PC and keep using it. I am truly happy and could not ask for more. I could not have made a better choice. I have never owned a PC that was not made by LENOVO so I trust them. I have not even mentioned the amazing discount I got on this. Thank you Lenovo for everything! You guys do an amazing job. I plan on buying the new L15 monitor from Lenovo after my rewards from purchasing this laptop come to my account. Cant wait!! Anyways that's my thoughts. I highly advise to get this laptop ESPECIALLY the one with the Radeon 680M graphics!!

Thank god for Ryzen. This laptop is quite good for light gaming. Nothing too extreme, but having a blast playing DoS2 and LoL.

I am an IT professional that does some light gaming. This computer is a lightweight powerhouse, with great battery life tools. The computer can play LOL and average over 120fps on highest quality all thanks to the 6800u paired with 6400mhz quad channel ddr5. The fingerprint reader is convenient, and the screen, while not the best, does get bright enough for most situations. Highly recommend for a portable powerful laptop.

This laptop has been able to handle stress testing while staying below 80°c, has a durable metal build, and has a reasonably good ips screen. My only issues involve bloat ware which every new laptop seems to have, lack of ports which is understandable on a thin 13" build, and annoying Lenovo software for settings which you shouldn't need to use often. That annoying software isn't even all bad, it has great options such as power limits mixed in with its warranty sales pitches.
