I bought this to use for Nursing school and it worked great for the first month. Now I can't even use the device. Apps will freeze and crash or have to be forced closed. It gets incredibly hot when this happens. It has gotten so bad I can't use the device at all. I bought and paid for the best service option there is and can't get through to anyone to help. I finally got a hold of someone, and they told me to restart and press F10 to run some scan. The computer does absolutely nothing when you try this. I am very disappointed I spent $2000 on a new computer and it's worthless in the first 3 months of use. This is my 3rd Lenovo computer and I have never had a bad experience until recently. I completely regret going Lenovo at this point in time.

I bought this for our daughter for college to replace her MS Surface. Glad to see Lenovo believing using the gold standard USB C connector vs the proprietary one that MS uses on their computers. This is a great computer that will last her quite some time. Lenovo makes great products.

I waited a while before getting a new work laptop, was waiting on a unicorn and the T14s delivered. I've been a ThinkPad user for the past 15 years, occasionally straying to Dell or HP, but always coming back home to the black bricks. The T14s is a great machine to combine performance and portability with enough muscle memory for the classic keyboard. My T480s is still my favorite of recent devices, but it's getting long in the tooth and the AMD performance can't be topped. 16:10 aspect ratio and USB4 is a really nice change in this generation. The graphics card enhancement is serious and combined with stepping up to 32gb RAM is a real boost over the 8th gen Intel processors I had been running on previously. Just make sure to avoid the eprivacy screen - really wish Lenovo would get rid of that from the options or have a better touch option above that in the stack rank.

I got a "build your own" model delivered in December. A few weeks after I got it, it developed an annoying crackling sound when the speakers were active. Lenovo replaced the speakers but the problem continued. They replaced the motherboard, which fixed the problem for a while but then it returned. In the meantime, the webcam stopped working and I also have the loose track pad problem. They're dispatching someone to replace those as well. A day or two after opening that ticket, the HDMI port has stopped working. Lenovo used to make the most dependable machines. This time around, basically nothing works correctly. They've told me that I can't get a replacement unless I send it to their depot and they can't fix the problems there. That's fine and all, except: 1. I paid for on-site repair. If you can't repair it correctly on-site, that shouldn't be my problem. 2. I don't have another computer to use for work while this lemon is in the depot. 3. Most importantly, they might say they "fixed it" at the depot only to then have it develop more problems. So far, it has developed about an issue a week since I exited the one-month return window. I really used to like Lenovo products and services - I've been brand loyal for more than a decade - but this machine and the repair experience has me questioning whether I should keep buying them in the future.

I'm quite happy with this laptop. The case materials have a pleasant feel, which I prefer over my last aluminum bodied laptop. The previous laptop was replaced due to a cracked screen which I hope will be less likely with this product. The swapped Ctrl key location is a bit of an issue when I switch between my desktop. The case and the trackpad also show fingerprints.

This laptop is an upper level unit that is constructed well. I purchased it for my wife as a birthday present, I chose this brand because I have been using the Lenovo brand for several years and have had no issues. Touch screen is convenient for users that are used to cell phones with this feature. The more ram and the faster processors are a must these days unless website browsing with just a couple of tabs open are how you use computers. This laptop is a month old so this is a "new unit review"

Customers service is totally useless. I made a request for return like 2 weeks ago and there is no any response from Lenovo except for all the spam that told me to buy a something new. And now the limitation date of product return is approaching, there is still nothing feedback! I made a phone call to customer service, they told me they cannot do anything but wait. So is the policy for 30 day return is only a joke???

The machine itself is excellent. I had the 400-nit screen and loved it. I thought it was a keeper, but for some reason I ran into problems with it not updating correctly. Tech support said it should be fine, but for some reason my particular machine wouldn't take certain updates (like 22H2). Rather than going through having a tech stop out to troubleshoot it, I opted for the return. Would definitely recommend the machine, for some reason I think I just got a lemon.

I do like the Lenovo products so much. It's reliable and less troublesome. But it just took too long to get the product ready and delivered. It took almost one month to get the laptop from the purchase date.

Exceptionally ordinary. I'm sure it's way better than any generic laptop and it still feels ordinary. The keyboard is good for a laptop, the trackpoint and trackpad are solid. It gets hot when processor is running something more than simple web browsing. Everything feels find and adequate, nothing exceptional.

Don't hesitate if you want a solid machine with the best integrated gpu at this time of review and great battery life. It runs most games on low settings above 60fps. Build quality is superb, and battery seems to last as long as advertised.

Looking for a laptop that had great battery life, enough power, lightweight. I got the T14s AMD Gen 3, 32gb with 400 nitt screen. Excellent battery life, way ahead of my Dell XPS 2018. Love the weight, great build, excellent keyboard. I was close to getting a Macbook Air M1 but I didn't like the Mac OS so Im very happy I got this. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Window laptop with great battery life and enough power.

Awesome laptop! This is probably the best all round work + light gaming laptop. I got mine with the 400 nit screen on sale and upgraded the ssd with a bigger capacity I got on my own. The process was a breeze thanks to Lenovo's downloadable recovery disk. The USB 4 port is super useful for high speed external drives as well! I got an extra nvme drive and placed it inside a usb/tb 4 enclosure and I'm getting 3000+ MBPS read and write speeds using the usb 4 port.

Overall a great and reliable computer. I personally love the feel of the keyboard but I will say that the layout of the keys take a little bit of getting used to (coming from a old standard HP laptop). It's a good size and is relative light weight while also feeling very durable so it's a nice mix.

Good laptop! Not as slim as I was expecting considering it is marketed as slim. My only other complaint is that the vent is pointed toward the right side of the device, so when I use my mouse (which is all the time) my hand will get hot from the vent. Depending on what I'm working on (using more or less processing power) the air does tend to get quite hot and is uncomfortable. Other than that, the laptop has been great!

Minimal/rugged/refined look and feel. The exterior seems more fingerprint resilient than my almost decade old thinkpad(which is still operable using Linux!) All day battery with ease. Keyboard keys snap which make it a pleasure to type on. Feels durable although I did have the SIM card slot break on me. I'd like to have it replaced and I must reach out to support for this. I have the touchscreen model calibrated at 500nits so outdoor viewing in natural sun is not a problem in the least bit. The eprivacy features took some adjusting to function how I prefer but the tech is still not seamless. I rather turn off the 'eye following blurred screen' feature and just keep the privacy guard feature on because the 'eye follow blur' feature tends to activate when I am reading towards the bottom of the screen. Perhaps I can adjust the sensors more to get this to operate more optimally but for now, the full screen privacy guard is enough to keep prying eyes in public at bay. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this device. 4.5 stars is not an option so I gave it 4 stars simply because the eprivacy features need a bit more improving, which might happen over time through system updates?..? But had I gotten one without the 'eye follow blur', a 500nits screen(for outdoor use) and full screen privacy guard then this is an easy 5star review.

Great laptop so far, amazingly thin and well constructed. I noticed a bit of a pop/flex on the underside plate of the laptop only on one side. Slight, but noticeable at times when grabbing the laptop.
