Lenovo ThinkBook 14
I like the weight and size of this laptop and I would definitely recommend this to a friend or co worker.

Great customer support and delivery
Love my new ThinkBook. Getting up and started was seamless. What made me choose Lenovo was my sales rep Kim. Friendly, fast, and informative. No bots but great customer experience !

Great lightweight computer

Laptop review
Brand new laptop, and it had audio stuttering issues from the get go. They wanted me to drive 1.5 hours to take it to the nearest tech, but I decided to return it instead. It took a week and four conversations with support before I finally got a return label to send the laptop back. They kept saying "wait 48 hours for the label", so when 48 hours had passed, I would call back and be told the same thing again. The people weren't the problem; they were trying to do their jobs. But the way that customer support is set up by Lenovo is miserable. Would never recommend.

The laptop is quite laggy when running games on it and didn't look like the color it was shown. The CPU isn't the best either and the space in between the keys and "board" is quite large unlike the Lenovo C940. The product is quite average but not the best either.

My Lenovo is bulletproof
I love my Lenovo because of the reliability of the PC, our company has bought approximately 18 of them in the last three years and has yet to have one fail. Lenovo is there when you need them most

Small & Mighty
I bought this for my husband, a writer who uses basic Microsoft programs and games like Civilization. He is happy with the ease with which the memory process everything. The touchscreen is a great feature. He also likes how lightweight and compact the ThinkBook 14 is compared to his larger previous laptop.

great, well rounded, laptop for most users
solid professional laptop, which seems rugged enough to be used in the field. fingerprint reader is easy to setup. overall an excellent base office pc for any department.

Good quality for the price point
Really nice laptop-has a ton of features. Graphics are pretty good & it runs quite fast. Only issue I have with it is that the battery life drains quickly. If they could figure out a way to fix that this laptop is well worth it.

Great performance

Excellent mid range laptop
Purchased to replace a 5 year old Dell. My new Lenovo has great battery life and boots very quickly. It is much faster at running apps such as quicken that seem to bog down my other computers.

Speedy, Compact Laptop for Work/Home
I purchased this laptop to replace one that was 10 years old and no longer upgradeable. We have two other Lenovo products at home and several at my office. They perform well, so we decided to try a laptop, too. We've been pleased with it size, speed and operability. We upgraded several components to lengthen its usable lifespan, so ours wasn't the base model. I removed all of the unneeded bloatware, which speeded it up more. Construction is sound. Battery lasts me pretty much all day. I write and edit for a living. I recommend the laptop for home or work use. It doesn't have tons of connections. So, I purchased a USB-C dock from Amazon that could handle two external screens (with the lid closed). That's how I use it at home. It's nice to have only two cables to disconnect when I take it mobile. Keyboard fits my big hands. It has a fingerprint reader that I don't use. And, it works well on remote meetings with Zoom.

Fast, light and attractive
Very fast and effective computer. I added another hard drive when it came and that was very straightforward. The computer was delivered in 3 days from placing order. Came with some bloatware but not a terrible amount.

Excellent bang for the buck
This is a great laptop with lots of processing power and speed. The only con to this device is that it is a bit heavy but not so much that I wouldn't buy it again.

Losing a loyal customer
Doesn't work correctly repeated contact customer care, they say they are going to replace it and don't. Touchpad goes crazy at times and the charger stopped working after 2 weeks.
