I did a lot of research before purchasing this model. The customer support was excellent in understanding my needs and helping me narrow down my choice. The laptop is fast, has a touch screen which I am used to and love. It is a smaller screen - which is what I wanted to git into my various bags. So far, very happy with this purchase.

I bought this as a replacement for my work laptop and it has been a life changer! I'm a software engineer so I needed a laptop that can handle resource intensive applications . After a few weeks of using this laptop, I can say that I'm impressed with how well it performs. It can run all the applications that I need to run without getting too loud or overheating. I also love its sleek and modern design and it's super lightweight. I would've liked a bigger screen, but this was not a deal breaker as I'm usually plugged into monitors anyways.

I gotta say this has been one of the best purchases Ive made online. I bought it for my son as an upgrade to his laptop that suddenly stopped working. He quickly noticed the difference in the speed since this is a higher ram then the laptop he had before.

cool machine, runs very cool and quite, no over heating, no underclocking. Only gripe is matte screen can have too low contrast for actual color work.

Very nice laptop, useful touchscreen with a good keypad and tracker. Quality materials at a good price. What I like most was all the CPU options and good pricing. I went with the AMD Ryzen 7 5825U with Radeon Graphics for it's lower heat signature over the Intel core i5 1235u, which is the same price and performance numbers. For a laptop, especially a thin 14" model like this, heat is everything. Definitely the right choice. I use this computer heavily with many apps, windows and videos running. But it stays cool and never throttles. My only mistake was to buy separate wireless mouse a keyboard. They work great but the receivers occupy two ports. Buy a mouse and keyboard set to avoid this. Overall, it's stylish, well built, lightweight, fast booting, runs heavy loads and video and streaming flawlessly. A great value at around $850.

This is replacing my 7 year old flex 14, which is still in great shape, but just can't keep up with the apps anymore. I'm very happy I picked this laptop. It is fast and lighter than I expected. Even though I bought this as a personal device, its main use is working from home. As an IT professional I need to multitask and this does it very well!

Laptop started off fine, but have run into several issues since. -crashes and can be slow at times. I don't know why this is happening as I don't do much on the laptop other than surf the web and stream. -some issues with the audio drivers. The mic I have produces really quiet sound compared to other laptops. -fingerprint reader stops working every few days so have to reset the biometrics to get it to work again. -kept disconnecting from wifi. Their tech support had to come out and replace the wifi card which seems to have solved the issue. I had a Yoga prior to this, but after 3 years, that one now keeps getting blue screens. Not a lot of confidence being inspired by these Lenovo products.

Bought this laptop to work from home, connected it with two monitors and I was happy with the performance, which was faster than the ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 Intel. I also liked the keyboard layout. Battery was poor - lasted around 3 hours but that was expected. My main problem was the AMD Radeon Graphics Driver: the mouse pointer was white and invisible on citrix workspace, which I used to connect to Windows 10 for my work, and the separation between windows were occasionally glitched.

This is a very great laptop, not the best for gaming but it's not bad, solid performance, other that that this is powerful enough for school, work and most likely anything you can throw at it! 10/10 for sure recommend

I ordered 3 laptops in September 2022 and one of them is defective. The cursor disappear constantly from the screen and there is an issue with the network card which loose the internet and the laptop must be restarted every time. I called Lenovo in September (in 30 day period) and they send us an email for the replacement but it is indicate that we have to wait for the new laptop before sending it back. After a month, we called Lenovo, and they canceled the replacement by error. They say that they are very sorry and they will replace it. My wife spent 8 hours on the phone with Lenovo in 5 different calls. Even if they say each time that they will replace it, no email to confirm anything. I decided to call Lenovo to help my wife at the beggining of December 2022. I asked for an email, to contact the person directly instead of spending hours on the phone. Since no replacement, I sent an email but no answer 3 weeks after. My last call was end of December, after a discussion with a supervisor, the person sent me an email that indicate that I'll get a replacement in 24-48 hours. Still no email 2 week after. I sent a message to the person and no answer. I've used Lenovo for 20 years and I've recommended the laptops to all friends. The problem to get support form Lenovo is a sign that the company do not care about their customer. I'll will never recommend that company anymore for that reason.

Great little laptop. The size is just right at 14in and its very light too. Display is crisp and clean and plenty bright. The processor is good for everyday uses and a bit of light gaming. The keyboard feels nice and responsive. If you are so inclined, there is room to expand the memory with the open memory slot and space for an additional M2 drive, both of which I did on this laptop. I wish it had a microSD slot instead of the SD slot as the SD slot has the card hanging out half way, while a microSD will have the card fit in all the way.

My old Dell laptop had much better sound. When you look for reviews on Lenova ThinkBook, you will see this is a common complaint. If they improved the sound, I'd have the highest rating - but if Lenova's best seller has a common problem, they should fix it.

I chose this computer during the 2022 Black Friday Sale as the best priced, quality computer with 16gb RAM (at an effective price of $575 after all the discounts). My prior computer is a Yoga 720 with 4k screen. Sound: The sound quality is fine, but not booming. Recommend additional speakers if you want the sound to fill your space. Screen: Max brightness is lower than my prior computer and visual definition is lower (as this Thinkbook does not have a 4k screen). I also like the physical privacy selector over the camera (nice quality of life upgrade). This said, I think the screen is crisp enough, and very responsive. Processing Power: The computer operates flawlessly running any number of browsers, streaming video, and video calls. Battery: Battery life is moderate at about 6-7 hours of use in streaming video. Overall: I really like the Thinkbook as a portable laptop with plenty of power for non-gaming activities at a great price point. It gets "outcompeted" by the MacBook Air in specs, but is only half the price of the Air, which is what made my decision for me.

The day I received this laptop I immediately unpacked, charged it and bottled it up. Coming from a much dated laptop (Core 2 Duo era), this was like stepping out of the Stone Age. I've had great computers for work and a powerful tower, but never a laptop like this. The weight makes it easy to transport. The speed was the first thing I noticed, and am really enjoying the fingerprint to unlock all the time, I do regret not getting a larger storage drive, but that is simple enough to upgrade. I was able to get a great price and would totally buy and recommend this computer to anyone. The graphics may not be the best for gaming, but I only use consoles which made this one an easy decision. Buy it!
