POOREST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!!!
I would love to say I am excited about my new computer, however, I have yet to be able to obtain assistance from your company to activate the Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 bundle I purchased. I have been calling and conversing via email with your service team(s) since November 3, 2022. Today is December 30 and I have not been able to use my computer due to this issue. I have made 3 calls today and was hung up on by one colleague - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. i have requested to speak with a Manager as soon as possible. I am rating this review as a 1 star and would give a ZERO if it was an option.

Very solid laptop
Loving my ThinkBook so far. Nice, solid keyboard and super-fast boot up and very responsive fingerprint reader. Very crisp images on screen and fast performing processor. Love the all metal shell. This is my 3rd Lenovo in 14 years. Great quality brand.

Probably the best you can do for the Money
Very nice machine. No complaints. Only items of note are if you need a crazy intense case this is just an intense case and the 14" size feels awkward for typing even for a woman with petit hands so keep that in mind.

This is one great laptop!!
Fantastic machine, super fast and flawless media playing performance. It powers on and off in a flash and the interface is simple and intuitive. This is my new personal laptop and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Solid 14" laptop, wish keyboard was better.
Overall this laptop has excellent design, it feels very sturdy and has a professional look to it.
Pros:
The bezel is very small which gives you alot of screen for a small laptop.
The laptop is very thin and relativly light for the features you get.
Cons:
Although I really like the keyboard, 3 of my keys have an extra crunch to them, namely the S 5 and Minus key. All of the other keys are a smooth press. This is the main reason why I give 3 stars.
The screen hinge does not open smoothly with one hand. You sometimes have to hold the bottom of the laptop while opening the screen.

Buy this ThinkBook!
This is my first time buying the ThinkBook and I am in love! The touch screen with the built-in stylus is so nice and very user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone because it has improved my work so much from my old laptop!

Great computer
Solid computer. So far, everything has operated perfectly. Speed and capability are top top. The computer feels solid and substantial without being bulky or too heavy. I don't use it for any intense graphics or anything requiring high demand of the CPU, so I can't comment on those aspects. I'm very pleased with it. For the price, it is an extremely good value.

Fantastically Versatile!
I bought this computer to use for Grad school because much of the required texts is on screen. The laptop is great, but being able to flip the screen to read is allowing me to do so in more relaxed places than would a traditional laptop. The battery is great thus far and the touch screen is a nice touch, pun intended.

Lenovo ThinkBook Yoga 14s Gen 2
This is my first Lenovo purchase. I was actually hesitant, as I have always bought HP or Acer computers. I was very pleasantly surprised with this computer. Built very well, very responsive touchscreen, very fast processor, very nice trackpad, the screen looks great. It turns on and boots so quickly that I can be working on something within fifteen seconds of touching the power button. I am extremely happy with this computer. I'd have to say it's my favorite computer I've ever owned.

A great laptop for work and home use
I bought this laptop with no great expectations because it is not one of Lenovo's top-notch laptops like the X1s, but what a great surprise I had. It is light and powerful with a sleek design. Really impressive. I recommend this ThinkBook.

Great Business Laptop Purchase
This laptop has been great so far! It handles all of my daily tasks with ease, and looks and feels like a premium machine. For this price range, I think this ThinkBook Yoga is one of the best options. Very much enjoying my purchase so far.

Great computer
The Yoga Gen 2 is everything I wanted and needed. I love the touch screen and that I can flip it to watch shows or webinars. It's the perfect size and weight for taking it with me.

Fantastic laptop at a fantastic price point
I don't write reviews, but this is an exception. I bought this laptop a year ago for college. It's been very flexible, fast, and reliable. It's everything I wanted in a laptop. The "blue" option is a very visible dark blue (contrary to what I read in reviews) and is a nice, unique color that's just different enough from most black laptops. It works great with OneNote for taking notes in classes.
Pros:
- 2 USB-C ports! Both work for charging.
- Almost all the ports I'll ever need without being too many (seriously, this is a lifesaver)
- Fingerprint scanner on power button, turns on & unlocks with one press
- Folding ability
- Touchscreen
- Stylus with buttons that stores inside the laptop. Perfect for notes or drawings
- Metal body
- Speed. Starts quickly, runs smooth, capable of big tasks
- Upgradability! I haven't changed mine (it's plenty already, lol) but I believe you can upgrade the storage to 2TB total by swapping/adding 1 or 2 more SSDs. You can do a similar thing with the RAM, where I think the max is 40GB.
- Backlit keyboard
- Webcam shutter
Cons:
- Not the best outdoors, could be a bit brighter
- Stylus buttons are hard to find by touch, but still convenient
- Screen wobbles a bit when typing
- Occasionally, the sound card will glitch out and make a stuttery buzz noise, but this is an infrequent and short inconvenience
To be honest, it's hard to come up with much more than these.
I haven't had many laptops, but this is easily the best.

Good machine, be wary of Win11
The new laptop was quick to setup, bot only after figuring out which small button was for power (on/off).
Connecting everything via USB was easy, but the default Win 11 was incompatible with a few devices, like my printer.

Great work laptop.

Lenovo never disappoints. This is my 3rd lenovo and I have never beenmore satisfied with a product line and it's brand promise than lenovo. The first two are still working and have been handed down to my children. And they are still working, well.

A few issues but a great laptop.
The last 6 laptops I have bought have been lenovos. I love them. Especially the yogas. This one is great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not five is because I have had this less than a month and already I'm having issues with the webcam not working. I don't know what is going on with it but it's a major pain in the butt because I own an online business where I do zoom meetings daily and I havent been able to. Other than that, great computer.
P.S the question at the bottom of this page doesn't make sense. It asks if I want loyalty points or to enter the sweepstakes and its a yes no question. Ummm.... I would like to enter the sweepstakes... so that's my answer

Laptop looks good and sturdy, brightness could be better but still fine for indoor use. Pretty good selection of ports. Also Abyss Blue color is very fingerprints prone. Unfortunately there is a pretty big issue with this laptop for me - description says that display is anti-glare (matte) but the actual laptop came with a glossy display.
Furthermore, instead of fixing the description my initial review was marked as incorrect and deleted because in tech description it says that screen is glossy so apparently I was supposed to believe some text on the website but not the other. I'm attaching screenshots from both description and order page that both say that screen is anti-glare.
I understand that mistakes happen but inability to provide a correct description and deleting reviews look very unprofessional. I've been using Lenovo products for years but things like that make me lose faith in the brand.
