The device has worked from the start. No setup issues or problems after a few weeks of ownership and light usage. Based on less than a month of having this laptop, I'd be open to considering Lenovo for future purchases.

ThinkPad is the only way to go. I had one for work years ago and finally purchased another last month. What took me so long? I have no idea but hands down they're the best work/personal computer on the market.

I literally love this laptop. Durable, quiet, and runs very smoothly. The only thing I can complain about is that the touchpad smudges up so easily.

I tried to submit my review via my phone but I didn't get a confirmation that it saved, so I"m trying again in hopes that people can actually see what I have to say. Won't go into as much detail as I did before, but really disappointed in this laptop. Takes a long time to boot up. Also, more often than you'd expect it won't wake up or the camera for Zoom calls won't wake up and it requires a "press and hold the power button" to restart. Not exactly what I was expecting from a brand new laptop like this. My 12 year old MacBook Pro sometimes performs better. Really disappointed. I was really looking forward to having a new laptop and this just doesn't perform as it should in my opinion.

I bought this computer to replace a Dell 7310. My new Lenovo is fast. I like that it has a dedicated Ethernet port and more than one USB-A ports. My only regret is that Lenovo's support line is buggy and drops calls. The support staff seem capable, however.

It's quick, quiet, battery lasts all day, charges quickly. For a laptop that has all the functional peripheral connectors integrated, it doesn't way much. Probably less than what you'd get with an ultra-light but then negate by dragging all the custom adapters with you. Awesome travel-focused business laptop.

If sleep mode is selected it requires forced restart by pressing the pin under the laptop. I have to keep a paperclip with the laptop at all times to turn on in case it automatically goes into sleep mode.

The only feature missing that I expect in a high end (but low power) laptop today is an Ethernet port faster than 1 gigabit. A 2.5 gigabit port would not raise costs by much but would greatly increase speed when joined to a Windows domain and file server locally. Other than that, it's a sweet laptop. It's fast and compact and lightweight, the screen and keyboard are decent, and it has all the ports I need. A 2.5 gigabit port can be provided by a USB4 dock albeit there aren't really good reliable USB4 docks out there yet, but that's not Lenovo's fault.

I really like the size and weight. I was confused at the placement of the function and control keys. I found a setting that switches them which fixed the problem. It's fast and intuitive. I'm used to using ThinkPads and this doesn't disappoint.
