The product was defective and was returned to Lenovo for a refund. The battery would not hold a charge even when plugged in. It was also very hot and even though it is a laptop it was too hot to put on your lap.

I've been pleased with this laptop after about a month of use. I enjoy not having to use an HDMI adapter. The keyboard and touchpad feel good. Performance is up to my expectations. It's nice to have a stylus in the laptop. Performance is good, but falls short of a surface pen. Battery life is very good, but not outstanding. Set up was easy. The only technical problem I have had is an odd freezing of the virtual background during a zoom session, which has only occurred once.

Found this laptop to very useful. My previous laptop started having issue and it was just time to get a new one. I am personally a big fan of a 13 in screen laptop and its great for on the go.

Good products but the worst customer service ever! We have used Lenovo products in most of our companies for longer than I can remember. Fortunately, their products are good, but when it comes to customer (lack of) service, it is atrocious. In fact, the worst I personally have ever seen in a company, especially from a company where our group probably spent several hundred thousand dollars or more with. They have irritated us enough that I personally, as a member of the supervisory board of a fair sized group of companies, I have asked our tech department to look to start switching to another brand as we move forward. Besides nothing but scripted responses, and not even trying to understand the actual situation of their customer, it appears that they hide any access to anyone other than their offshore "customer service team". There is no published contact information, their Hong Kong Corporate Headquarters number that can be found does not go through, and any email addresses that can be found do not even have the dignity to respond. I feel bad that our company has supported a company that could care less about their customers. A company that has zero respect for their customers and places themselves as being far superior to anyone else. Fortunately, history shows that eventually companies like this that lose sight of their customers, eventually fail or break up into pieces that try to re-establish ties with the public in hopes of being salvaged. Lenovo will eventually go the way of the AT&T's of the world. It will be unfortunate for their investors.

Unfortunately my laptop arrived with a hardware issue with the camera and was also running very hot out of the box. FYI, the fan is very loud! I returned it because of these issues. The aesthetics are very nice. I've been happy with previous Lenovo pro laptops, but this one was a bit of a lemon.

Laptop is okay performance-wise. HOWEVER, big big issue with the cooling, it has been known for weeks/months now and the customer service offers absolutely no help. I found it ridiculous that I but a brand new, high-end business laptop and the BIOS update messes up the cooling and causes an issue which is super annoying in everyday use. I'm extremely disappointed in the whole lenovo customer support and service. At this rate, my old T14s offers the same performance for everyday work without the super annoying cooling fan noise. Ridiculous.

I love the size of this ThinkPad, not too big and not heavy, but not so small that it feels fragile. So far the device has been fast and reliable. It charges pretty fast, and the charge has lasted me the entire normal workday. The HDMI port comes in handy as I have a second monitor at home for when I'm working on multiple projects. There are only 2 USB ports, but so far it hasn't been a problem (one is for my wireless mouse and the other for my headset.

This small Thinkpad X13 Gen 4 is a Power laptop. It has everything I needed. It's so convenient and handy to carry it around where ever I go. Long battery life, facial recognition, touchscreen and fast! The keyboard is so comfy to type. I have a ThinkPad 1X Carbon which I leave it at home now. I love the Touchscreen as it feels like I have a tablet and yet I'm using a laptop.

I had very high hopes for this laptop, considering I've used Lenovo for the past 10+ years. The only reason I had to buy a new one is the older version didn't support any Microsoft upgrades anymore. There is a lag in processing, which is hard to understand given the vPRO i7 and is supposed to be super fast. I'm not impressed. When I'm working with dual screens, the lag is even worse - which given the separate graphics card - my understanding was that it was supposed to make dual monitors "seamless." I'm stuck with it and will do my best with it until it's time to upgrade again...but I will probably venture away from Lenovo next time as this was a bit of a disappointment.

Great laptop. Shipped and delivered as expected. Worked out of the box as expected. Very fast AMD processor. 1TB SSD is perfect. High consistent data throughput on Wifi too. Would definitely buy again.
