Should have done this sooner

I always thought bigger (screens) were better, so I kept buying and using these large laptops?even for my personal computer. This is my first ultralight. I love it. It is fast - no loss of speed. It's so small and light, I carry it and use it much more. The battery LASTS!!! No need to purchase another (heavy) external battery. Highly recommend this Lenovo.

Fantastic Deal Great 13-inch Light Weight La

This is a much better 13-inch replacement computer, compared to the one it replaced. No longer does this ThinkPad X13 shuts down to re-start several times a day like the one I replaced with this Lenovo. In addition, it is easier to turn off all the "Stuff" MS Windows want you to keep for tracking purpose, I used Windows 11 64 Pro on both computers. Over the past 45 years I have had many brands of computers, I now have 3 Lenovo computers and as of date will continue to use this brand compared to other ones. The process to purchase a Lenovo is easier, the support is excellent, and the delivery is fast and on time. The only complaint is I have is the extended warranty I purchased says I will have on site problems solved in 24 hours, in my case every time I needed work on my computers it took 3-4 days before a service tech to arrive on site. I am about 100 miles from Lenovo service office.

Perfect for school

Bought this machine on sale, it has more than enough RAM and hard drive space to let me complete assignments for my Specialist program, and it's very light and sleek. My only complaint is the battery life compared to my old MacBook - it doesn't last as long without having to find a charger. Display looks great and the keyboard feels good, though!

Perfect for travel, despite jumpy trackpad

Small, light, and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for in a new business laptop meant for lots of travel. The touch screen element is a nice bonus. The trackpad is a little... sensitive? Not sensitive enough? It jumps around a bit--probably just some settings I need to tweak. I like that it folds all the way back and turns into a sort of tablet style device, though it's hard to hold it like a tablet because of the keyboard. I need to find some sort of cover or something to be able to hold it like a tablet without depressing all kinds of keys. Overall though, a nice little laptop with plenty of umph!

Pleased with the hardware!

The computer itself is sleek and fast with a high resolution screen. We would recommend it to others. Our only issues have been software related, which probably has more to do with Microsoft than Lenovo.

Solid computer with better port options than XPS

Switched from the Dell XPS and am quite happy with this Lenovo. One of the main reasons for the switch was the availability of ports on the laptop - although it would be nice to have an SD slot. Service so far has been good with Lenovo and the computer seems solidly built. Battery life is good. Happy with my choice.

Great computer for home and business use

Higher quality audio and camera for video conferencing compared to many typical business laptops in the same price range. Keyboard types well and screen has richer colors than some typical LED screens. Very solid construction. The trackpad has a slightly firmer touchpad (compared to my previous computer) when pressing down on the touchpad for clicks but I am getting used to it and it is a very minor nitpick.

A Winner

It's great. Replacing a TP X301 which is over 10 years old and not able to handle new Win 11 or other needs. I like the lighter weight and smaller footprint, but may miss the CD player. Good value too with significantly better price performance at a much lower purchase price than my old X301. I give it 5 stars.
