I love this tablet. It's my first Lenovo device and I love it. It has everything I need: nice screen, digitizer, HDMI and full size USB. It's light and battery life is pretty good. It also comes with MS Office. I had no problem updating to Windows 8.1. Good job Lenovo.

The only issue I had with this unit is that the Windows Update kept failing and then reverting and that took forever that I had to factory reset (hold down power and tap the volume down). The only remedy that worked for me was to install the Windows Updates in batches of 5. Then I was eventually able to complete all updates successfully. Other than that it's a nice Windows tablet for the price. The Office installed requires you to buy a license to activate.

A great little tablet so long as you recognize it isn't going to be a replacement for a full laptop. compact, fantastic battery life, great screen, flexible input options. biggest downside has less to do with the hardware and more to do with the OS - the system started out a little flakey and unstable but has improved significantly with a few driver updates. I expect it will continue to get more stable and usable as support for the device matures.

Great overall Windows 8 tablet, bright screen, sturdy construction, ThinkPad quality, Intel atom processor fast enough for general business needs, not as powerful as ultrabooks with core i5or 3 processor but certainly adequate for everyday web searching, email and running office suite programs, screen resolution is good but not great,

The Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 is the culmination of an incredible partnership between Lenovo, Intel and Microsoft. The ThinkPad Tablet 2 has a thin, light design with long-battery and always-on Connectivity as expected of a Tablet. The Tablet being less than 1/2 inch thin and only 1.3 pounds takes mobility and efficiency to a new level.
The ThinkPad Tablet 2 is compatible with your existing office and enterprise environments as expected of a PC. Illustrate your ideas, annotate documents or take notes with the support for enterprise applications. Feel impressive with the Optional Digitizer and Pen that allows freedom to express, inspire creativity and improve Productivity on the go.
