It works good for me so far and haven't had any issues with it. Glad it has USB ports on the front and back. My only concern is the main power cable is to short for the set up I have on my desk. Are there any extension connectors we can get?

We purchased around 30 of these docks, Ethernet ports don't work, Can't Network Boot. Won't charge the machine. Lenovo said they would make it right, they've done nothing but waste time and money. The only pro is that this experience with Lenovo has happened early enough in my career, that I'll have many many years to warn people of their less then acceptable equipment.

I got this dock for my Thinkpad Yoga 14 (With an adapter for the onelink+ port. It works fine as an USB 3.0 hub, audio/mic doc, ethernet port and the two extra display ports. But it is important that your Thinkpad machine is on the latest BIOS level and that you update the latest firmware and drivers from the Lenovo OneLink+ support page. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/acc100252 There are also the DisplayLink drivers directly from the manufacturer that may help if you have issues with the video ports.

Very frustrated with this Onelink+. I bought a new Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga shipped straight from the factory last month. I purchased the Onelink+ for the external devises, external hard drives, camera and monitor. The output from the display port is terrible. When I first connected the device it worked until I shutdown the computer that evening. When I started the computer the next morning, no external display. After unplug, re-pluging NUMEROUS time both the power and cable and the connection to the laptop I finally got the external monitor to work. Now this is an everyday process and it is very frustrating. I have had several Lenovo Laptops and used the Lenovo docking stations with all of them and they worked flawlessly. This Onelink+ however is far from from flawless. Very disappointed!

Maybe I didn't read the description through, but i did read everything before I purchase it. As a so called docking station, I assumed it can store battery and charge my laptop, phone...It can't! this socking station can't work without plugging in, you are chained to the wall basically!!! So It's not mobile either. Thunderbolt, especially thunderbolt 3 beats this down completely. Just put type-c or thunderbolt on all yoga modles and X1 carbon like XPS 13 and Macbook and I believe you will beat them. Don't let OneLink ruin thinkpad!!! I love thinkpads and already have 3 thinkpads (the last one I used for 8 years),

Perhaps I'm just luckier than the other reviewers, but I've been using this dock with my Lenovo X1 Yoga practically every work day for the past 7 months now and haven't experienced any issues with it. Plugging a single cable in when I get to work in the morning is very convenient. I enjoy using it.

Purchased a new Yoga and needed the dock to quickly move from road to home office. Rather disappointed in the build quality and QC. Out of the box the power cord was for EU not North America...no big deal as I had the prior doc and the cords swap easily. Unfortunately, once installed and running the unit purchased has two flaws: 1. The Ethernet pass through is not working. When the network cable is connected to the port it does not pass through to the laptop. To use the hard wired internet I need to connect the Ethernet cable to the laptop with a dongle. 2. The headphone connection on the front of the box is dead. There is no pass through from the laptop to the box. Again, need to connect the speakers directly to the laptop to get sound from the speakers. No software solution possible. All in all...judging from the abundance of posts here identifying manufacturing defects, Lenovo needs to get their QC team involved ASAP. Will be returining my dock to Amazon ASAP.

Why not fully charge during connection time?

The docking station comes equipped with a stereo/microphone combination audio port and 2x USB 3.0 ports on the front panel with one of those as an "always (power) on" port for mobile device charging.
