As Advertised
Works great, presales support was helpful. Setup was with dual HDMI monitors, Windows would not detect second monitor. It was cheap cable that I replaced.

I Ordered 3 docks and only received 2. It was a few weeks after receiving the shipment before I opened the box, and when I called Lenovo regarding the missing dock and they treated me like a liar insinuating that because I did not contact them immediately upon receiving the shipment that I was not being honest. They never contacted me again about the case, and closed it after 1 day because I did not call back to provide serial numbers for the docks received, which they never asked for. I learned that they needed the serial numbers and had closed the case when I called back after several weeks when I had heard nothing. They again blamed me for not providing the serial numbers, even though they said that there was no communication to me regarding the need to provide them. I've now spent close to 90 minutes on the phone only to be treated like I am trying to steal a dock. Horrible experience. I would never shop at Lenovo again if some clients did not require Lenovo laptops.

ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock Functionality
This USB-C Dock has a lot of functionality. Besides being able to view my ThinkPad laptop screen, I can view two other 23" monitors plus a 32" TV at the same time. Likewise, I can plug in additional Thumb drives and hard drives into the docking station. The only negative is that the additional monitors go "black screen" from time-to-time. When that happens, I turn the docking station off, then back on, and the monitors are viewable again, as they should be.

Compatibility resolved with Lenovo docking station
Great product - resolves seemingly compatibility issues I had with my Dell docking station. Now I have a lenovo thinkpad laptop and docking station and monitor and love how they work together without issue!

Exactly what I wanted
This docking station works exactly as I expected it would. My main needs were to supply power to my laptop, connect my Epson V550 scanner, connect an external monitor, and provide additional USB ports. It is compact and attractive. No regrets!

A welcome Addition
I like it a lot so far. I was used to those tray-style docking stations like the ones that we had at work. This one is even more multi-functional and takes up a lot less space.

Slightly underpowered hub for ThinkPad X13.
I upgraded from my old USB A hub to USB Hub as part of the purchase of the ThinkPad X13. It works for most part since the laptop is complaining that I have to switch to a higher power charger for faster charging. The hub puts out 60W and the laptop wants 65W. It charges fine, but I can't seem to find a setting to turn off the notification. I am fine but others might complain. Lenovo should take a look at the driver compatibility.

A solid universal dock
This is our standard go to docking station for most of our laptops that don't need a thunderbolt 4 dock. Good balance of feature for the price.

Does exactly what it should
It's a perfectly functional dock that does exactly what it needs. Having a manual on/off switch is a nice bonus, if you want to avoid vampire power drain while you're not using it.

Great docking station for office and work
Perfect for setting up laptop and multiple monitors and love how this is the only product I need. No more extra devices and wires. My Lenovo Thinkpad hooks right into the dedicated USB c and it even came with the extra cables to connect to my displays. And it supports 4K. Dedicated ethernet port!

Unexpected poor experience
I ordered my Lenovo top of the line laptop over a month ago. I still have not received it, and have had no communication on why it isn't here or when it will be here. I had to send the last one back because it was not a touch-screen as I had requested. My review is, sending a docking station without a computer, is not helping me or my businesses. I hope to hear at the very least some communication on when or if I will ever have it sent to me.

Must Need Device
The Thinkpad dock is a much needed accessory. I have tried every USB C workstation dock, the cheap ones and the expensive ones, and nothing compares to this one. For people like me who use their laptop more like a traveling desktop, you need one (or two) of these so you can plug and play while being able to leave and return to your saved settings.

Size Perfect; Performance Poor
Size is perfect but alas I have 2 monitors and sometimes I will get 1 screen, another 2, and others just 1 again. Sadly disappointed. When the monitors go off it does a loud pop like the power is going out.

Excellent Reliability and Stability
The primary issue I have had with docks in the past is reliability. There has usually been some combination of issues connecting, disconnecting, or staying connected, which manifest in short dropouts, displays reorienting, and other anomalies, including Windows crashing entirely.
This dock has been rock-solid on all fronts. After my laptop is plugged in it instantly provides access to all the peripherals, and they stay connected until I disconnect. There have been no dropouts or any other issues I have experienced in the past.
