Fixed my laptops sound issues
I had a problem with my laptops sound, first the microphone, then the speaker-microphone port. Got this headset to see if the USB connection would work. Not only did it work, but somehow it persuaded the laptop to find the internal microphone and recognize the headset.
Who wouldn't give that product 5 stars?

Good but no volume control
The headset is easy to set up and has good sound. It's missing a volume control on the headset itself, so adjusting volume when switching between applications is a pain.

Not Recommended
I made this purchase thinking it would compliment the purchase of my new laptop. I found the headband to be too large with no adjustment for a normal head size. This created a loose fitting around the head and ears. The headset was constantly falling with every head movement. The ear phones are comfortable on the ears but the poor fit does not help the sound quality. I found the USB connection a poor choice for connection to the laptop. This takes away a valuable port on the computer, specially when the computer has a dedicated small jack designated for headphones. Overall I am not satisfied with this headset and would not recommend it.

Great value headset.
This is a great headset for Zoom, Teams, etc. online meetings. The earmuffs are locking out most background noises, and you can't beat the price. Couldn't resist adding them to my Thinkpad L14 Gen 3 purchase, which was practically given away around Thanksgiving.

Decent basic set. Attractive matt finish and leatherette surface for headphone. No built-in microphone mute. No built-in volume controls. Probably not suitable for an long ZOOM sessions.
