Best headset I've ever owned. Really effective noise cancellation. Very comfortable to wear. I like how the mute function kicks in when you raise the microphone up and away from mouth. I little bulky so when traveling you'll need to account for some extra space in your computer bag.

The headset is great and has excellent audio quality. I would like the buds to be sturdier. Due to the ability of the buds to swivel, the buds are susceptible to breaking away from the headset itself if dropped at the wrong angle. This has personally happened to me but I bought the headset again because I loved it so much.

These headphones came as a special deal with the computer I bought. They offer easy connection and clear audio. They are also surprisingly comfortable (I usually hate headsets). I think they're worth it!

This headset is fantastic for work. I love the mute option of pushing the button or just moving the mic up and back down. It works great with my cell phone and All in One PC for work calls. I have had calls for 2 hours without issue. I would highly recommend this headset.

These headphones have pro's and con's. The pro's: The audio quality, and ability to mute by moving the mic towards to the top are great. The con's: If you were these for longer than 30 minutes, your ears will hurt. Perhaps it's because they're new and are tight fitting, you will notice that after a while your ears hurt. I found myself moving the placement of the headphones to help reduce the pain. This is no different than other headphones that are brand new. I'm hoping that with enough usage, the tightness will reduce and not hurt as much as when they are brand new.

I got 2 pairs for my wife and I as we work mostly from home. We wanted wired ones as we spend a lot of time on calls and did not want to wear Bluetooth headsets all the time. These are one of the best wired headsets that we have had so far! The noise cancellation works amazingly well and integration to Microsoft Teams is seamless.

So far the headset has been working great, the battery life is good and the feature integration with Microsoft Teams works as expected. The fit is good and comfortable for long calls and the Bluetooth rage is good. Note - you need to use the Bluetooth receiver provided for the MS Teams integration to work, if you connect the headset directly to your laptop Bluetooth, the features do not work

I use it for work, and have it connected to both my computer and my phone, so I can use it for video call meetings and then answer calls from my phone as well. One critique I would have is that the part that sits on top of my head is round and doesn't really stay in place. If you look up or look down it can fall out of place.

Worked right out of the box when plugged into my Lenovo ThinkPad. The auto-mute function by rotating the microphone upwards is a nice feature.

I purchased 3 of these headsets for a loud office setting we have been very pleased with there functionality and ease of use. When making calls or online meetings the noise canceling function works great. No one can hear the sometimes inappropriate conversation going on around me even if I can still hear some of it myself. I have found only one issue that if could be fix would make them perfect. When talking I hear my own voice sounding like I'm in a bathroom but it doesn't sound like that to the person's I'm speaking with. I would definitely recommend these for price vs quality having tested other types of headsets.

Customer Care in Canada does not know the details of the 30-day RETURN PROCESS or POLICY. BOTTOMLINE: a claim form must be submitted within 30 days of the order. It's day 32 for me. Jan 31 emailed Customer Care re: details & screenshots. Waiting for the next steps. Will update the review, ** Delivery: RESIDENTIAL ** Additional Information: SIGNATURE REQUIRED. ** Ordered Dec 29, 2023, Carrier's website Jan 5, 10:42am I was in my apt. no one knocked; I opened my door about 20 min after the delivery. Nothing was there. I read the email late Friday night and looked for the package in the mail room area. I checked with 5 neighbours, but none had the box. Jan 8: Called Customer Care and explained the situation. She was friendly and advised me I would have my refund by Jan 24. No mention of a "claims form" or 30-day return window. As there was no refund on my card, on Jan 31, Customer Care said there was no refund as it was delivered. Told to CALL the Carrier or complete their Claim Form. I asked many times to SPEAK with the supervisor or get an EMAIL address. I only got the email 2 min, before I ended the 30 min. call. I spent over 1.5 hrs writing a long email, the 7th screenshot - "claim was rejected, contact the shipper." TIP: when you place an order, ask for the carrier's name. In Canada's largest city, this carrier is known to have DELIVERY problems in my building and other residential buildings nearby.
