This screen is very convenient. It does not need to be configured all you have to do is plug it in and you're good to go. Its great for working on the go as well as at home, giving you the option to move your workstation to wherever!

Products great, works as expected. I like the stand design of it, product was recommended online for its versatility. Only problem is with customer service and delivery dates. A delivery date was set for about **3 weeks** after I ordered. The day before it was supposed to arrive it got pushed back another 3 weeks. When talking to support I just got pushed around in circles. I contacted them 4 times, each time thinking I got somewhere but nothing changed. As a student it made completing my assignments extremely challenging for that month and a half

Great device so far. I've seen some portable monitors that don't have built in stands, but this one does have that. Super helpful and useful for traveling.

I expected better from Lenovo. However, starting with the shipment this has not been a pleasant experience. UPS wasn't able to deliver since I don't have a buzzer code, and wouldn't call me either. They wouldn't redirect it either at Lenovo's instructions. I had to call both and was told there was nothing they could do. I expected the package to be returned, but it was eventually redirected to a UPS location without my notice. After finally getting the package, I was hoping to plug it in and use it right away, but it repeatedly goes into 'standby mode' and I haven't been able to troubleshoot this. Reading online I find this might be an issue with the Lenovo cable? Either way, this has been extremely frustrating for something I was hoping would be straightforward. Considering returning it at this point due to the hassle.

The design is sleek and feels appropriate when used in my work setting. The image quality is clear and colorful. When writing I prefer to have my document on this monitor and the reference information on the larger desktop monitor.

The product never arrived. After I received review requests I followed up and they said the product had been returned by sender. Any products with my name would have gotten to me, so I expect there was a labelling error on the box. Never received the product, asked them to resend it and customer service would not respond. Very disappointed. Will likely not purchase future peripherals from Lenovo given this experience.
