The computer is great, like new. Everything works fine (just a few minor cosmetic blemishes but computer was refurbished so that's fine). Just 4 stars because I had to return the first computer because of keyboard defect.

This is a very nice computer, I love it. Then throw in the price and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Although the computer was "referbished" I found it to be in new condition and without blemish anywhere and a clean windows 10 install to boot. :) If its still available, buy it!

Great display, backlit keyboard, snappy performance. Only small complaint was the fan sometimes just turns on when it's not really needed.

A nice laptop at very good price. However the right Shift is very easy to mistype.

This is OK build laptop. My screen is popping out and keyboard doesn't have many useful stand alone keys like page up/down home etc. You need to use both hands. Mouse pad is also very mediocre. Keyboard stops working on and off and you have to use ease of mode to turn it back.

When I'm looking for a laptop for a home-user client, there are a number of things that I consider important. This machine covers all of my user's bases and then some. * High-resolution, IPS screen ^ Sometimes too bright, even * Newest Intel architecture, aiding battery life while delivering excellent performance * Excellent battery life, with fairly quick charging * Thin and light (close to ultra-book specs) * Comfortable keyboard and very useable trackpad * Touchscreen, for those who have an interest in it (this is one of the "and more" boxes) * Ability to "tent" for those who may want to use it to watch a movie and don't want the keyboard in the way * Dedicated GPU, only used when necessary, which helps to save on battery but deliver what's needed for some basic gaming *Good sound for its size (Harman) * Tremendous overall performance, due in part to the included SSD All in all, this is really a great machine that seems to have the signature Lenovo build quality. I recommend Lenovo and Thinkpads to anyone searching for a laptop. And don't overlook this machine if you're in the market for something that performs well on a budget.

I have only had this item for roughly 24 hours so far, but I can safely say this has exceeded my expectations for the price paid. It arrived in its original packaging and looks as if it is brand new. No scratches, dents, or dings. The battery is showing 0 wear (in HWMonitor), so this laptop has seen little or no use. I plan on using this laptop for C/C++/C# development while commuting on the train as well as casual gaming when time permits. The screen has decent contrast and good brightness (with 0 dead or stuck pixels), the CPU / AMD GPU combination is fast enough to casually play games (such as CS:GO, Guild Wars 2, Terraria, etc...) when I am on the go, albeit at lower detail and occasionally sub-1080 resolution. The hinge seems sturdy and folds a full 360 degrees. No complaints regarding the touchscreen since it works as I would expect a touchscreen to work. The touchpad clicks feel much more solid than expected with a tactile response and audible click. If you have ever used an ideapad keyboard previously, this one is no different and seems similar to that of a Y580 with a bit more shallow travel on the key presses. Tactile feedback is good and provides a good typing experience. The right shift key is in a bit of a strange place; however, I am finding that easier to adjust to than keyboards with an odd placement of the backslash. The build quality is average, mostly plastic... but sturdy. The integrated GPU is noticeably crippled by the presence of only single channel memory (with no second slot for dual channel on this model I have heard...). For watching videos and browsing the internet, it is more than adequate. The SSD is a LiteOn CV3-DE256 and seems extremely responsive relative to a mechanical drive. It does not have the same throughput as an M.2 SSD, but is almost indistinguishable from a gaming laptop I also own. It shipped with the default "User" account, which a reformat promptly fixed. Average bloatware following the reformat to lenovo stock, but uninstalls worked just fine. Hoping it keeps treating me as well as it has these past 24 hours or so.

Lenovo offers convenience, versatility, and individuality with its new Flex 4 14-inch full HD touchscreen notebook computer. With a 360-degree hinge, you can use it as a laptop or a tablet. It comes with Intel 7th Gen Core™ processors to ensure remarkably fast performance, as well as the latest Windows 10 features and twice as much storage (1 TB HDD), so you can take your creativity and 3D gaming to the next level. And with a sleeker body, plus a greater battery life compared to its predecessor, Lenovo has created a computer that’s both lightweight and easy to use whenever and wherever your passion takes you.

The Flex 4 14" is fully equipped with the latest Intel 7th Generation Core™ processors for fast computer performance. It has tons of features, including a built-in security to ensure your gadget safety. Updated Windows 10 and AMD Radeon R5 M430 graphics card allow you to perform any task required for office work, multimedia projects, swift internet browsing, and advanced 3D gaming.

With a bright 14-inch wide monitor, the Lenovo Flex 4 is bigger than half of the laptops out there. The larger, high-definition display has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and delivers high-definition graphics for a more realistic feel. The capacitive 10-point full HD touchscreen allows convenient multi-touch capabilities, so you can tap, swipe, and drag when using the Lenovo Flex 4 without the keyboard. Its in-plane switching (IPS) technology even allows a wide-angle display for sharing with more than two people. All these features make the Flex 4 ideal for watching movies, photo and video editing, and high-speed 3D gaming.
The Flex 4 touchscreen notebook computer’s body is sleeker and thinner at 0.82” (20.8m mm) and more lightweight at 3.81 lbs (1.73 kg) than previous generations of the Lenovo Flex line. The palm rest is lined with a beautifully cut diamond bevel, making the use of the improved keyboard with larger keys more comfortable at almost any angle. This convertible notebook computer features four modes for different needs: Laptop, Stand, Tent, and Tablet. Its 360-degree hinge makes this possible, as you can flip the screen around a full circle.

The Lenovo Flex 4 14” enhances your listening experience by featuring Audio by Harman ® technology to deliver crisp and clear sound and music. This ups the edge of the Flex 4, especially if you’re looking for a notebook laptop that offers a better gaming and movie experience.

The Flex 4 offers up to 1 Terabyte HDD (256 GB SSD) storage, giving you more than enough space for all your movies, music, and other files, so you may not have to use an external hard drive anytime soon. It also has an extended battery life that lasts up to 7 hours, so you can go unplugged while at the beach or on the road. And if you do run out of battery, you only have to wait for up to 2.5 hours to reach 100%—reportedly 40% faster than regular laptops in the market.
The Flex 4 features a new, one-of-a-kind photo library, the Lenovo Photo Master 2.0. Not only does it store and feature your photos in a more interesting slideshow-like display compared to Windows folders, it also allows you to navigate and edit your images with just touches of a finger. It has built-in post-processing features like the Auto Face Replace and Smart Event Sort, so you can efficiently and quickly organize your photos.
