I love my Lenovo Flex 4 we live on a 70 acres ranch it's easy to keep us with the cows we keep track of all of our cattle it's vary easy to us then when we go horse back riding I can stay in the horse trailer and just watch movies my grandchildren love it they play on it and learn there colors and school stuff love love this laptop so much

Cannot seem to update the operating system or Windows 10. It’s a bust. Started having issues before the laptop was 12 months old. Called Lenovo and they said they only deal with hardware and call Microsoft. I did and so far, 4 techs and no one can update the software. It is a sweet computer if it weren’t for this issue. It is a big issue however.

I loved this machine at first. It's powerful with it's video card and SSD allowing me to do things I didn't plan on doing on a laptop. However, after a few months, the flaws started to pile up. The laptop is not rigid enough for it's size. Sometimes, it slightly bends causing the touchpad to think that it's being clicked. Lately, it's also been making sounds as if there is a hard drive being scratched even though my model has an SSD. I haven't been able to pinpoint the reason for this sound. These 2 flaws are MAJOR so unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product.

I only use this for internet applications, so mostly email and browsing the web. I have no apps on it, just Chrome. It's really slow, if it's been asleep, it is about 3 minutes before I can even have enough of the processor to view a website in Chrome. I can't tell you how many times I want to throw it across the room and stomp on it. It's nice it can be a tablet, and I like the lit keyboard. But I've maybe tried to use the tablet once, and that was for Kindle and it sucked. Also the touch feature messes up all the time, it just freezes. No laptop should take this long to get you up to the point you can do a web search The right shift key is in a horrible spot, I keep hitting the page up button instead.

I bought this model for its portability and lightweight... It works flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I checked out about 25 different brands and models and Lenovo was the only one I kept coming back to.. Works perfect for me!!

Among the notebooks in the store I want to purchase a model with 15" Full-HD display and with 256 GB SSD. To my surprise this most matching model also had a touchscreen, a AMD Radeon R7 GPU card. The battery lasts long: for me it took about 7 hours to discharge it from full-charge to 10% (browsing, typing, watching several short videos. A minus is keyboard layout differs from that I got accustomed: the arrow keys are located on the left of the right Shift key. So that I always hit "Up arrow" instead of "Shift". I had to reassign keys, and it became more handy.

Positives: fast boot up (SSD, sturdy build, sleek design, touch screen and 360 degree pivot are nice Negatives: a bit heavy, OS crashed within a month of getting it, and keyboard layout is very irritating- the up arrow button is where the right Shift key should be, which leads to the cursor moving while typing if you hit the wrong key

I bought this laptop brand new for a great price and I am very pleased with it! It is fast and easy to use! My 7 year old daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and is able to upload her pump all by herself! If you are looking for a tablet / laptop, go for a smaller one, but this one has better graphics and is brighter. The only thing I don't like is the placement of the right shift key, but I'm getting used to it and I read online that there is a way to move the shift if I ever wanted to. A+++++ FIVE STARS - this is my second Lenovo laptop - the first one lasted longer than expected and only died because I overloaded the hard drive. This one has an SSD which is better from what I've heard and I know to use the cloud, delete pictures and not overload it this time! My last Lenovo laptop lasted much longer than my HP and COMPAC laptops.  I need something affordable and reliable and so far that's Lenovo!

I've been using my Flex 4 for a few weeks and I've been using it for my homework in collage and general entertainment (Itunes and videos). And I really like it, it fits all the requirements admirably and its got a good enough structure that I can handle it in a hurry without worrying about parts of it breaking or coming lose. And the fact that it has a SSD and a fingerprint reader means I can log in really fast and thats just super convenient. The one Issue I had, and it might just be me, but I've found that my space bar doesn't always register when I hit it. I'm not going to take points off because it's probably just me but I feel that I should put it in there just to be fair. And aside from it not having a CD port (which isn't that big of an issue either considering no 2 in 1 computer (that I know) has them, and an external CD reader is $30).

It was a good choice and so far, works as a charm... Few critics: Display: The hi-gloss mirror display surface is real pain... loved my ThinkPads mat finish! Why no more? Also, rather dim display - have to be always on max. (My old ThinkPad w519 beside just out shine everything at 3/4) Battery time - so fat no better then 5hrs - due to the max brightness? Great retro-ligted keyboard with rather dull uniform displayed keys... You have to LOOK to locate the arrow keys.

First time with a touch-screen computer. Was looking for a 2-in-1. Love the ability to transition easily. Makes reading on computer much nicer. Touch screen is very responsive and accurate. Screen is exquisite, extremely sharp. Excellent hardware set-up, system is fast and efficient. Boot time is essentially zero. Harman sound system is awesome, particularly with "surround sound" effect. Only issues so far is the touch pad is a little too sensitive - still adjusting. And the right shift key is terribly placed. But everything else outweighs these as those will just take some adjustment.

Great Laptop with a Horrible Keyboard due to the location of the right shift key. If you do traditional typing you will not be able to use it. I tried and tried to get used to it because I write long reports, but it was impossible and I had to return it. If you are a "hunt and peck" typist you will be ok. But forget keeping hands in the traditional keyboard position.

I bought this machine after months of research and careful consideration. This was my first Lenovo. It shipped quickly, booted up fine, and served me well all day. I restarted it again the next morning (Day 2!) and the keyboard wouldn't react. Flipping it around to tablet mode would sometimes get a response, and tablet mode worked fine. The issue persisted and it was absolutely a hardware problem. I returned it asap - overall an extremely disappointing experience.
