Awesome machine, 3 stars are because I had to take it in for warranty because of a defective main board and keyboard. After repair it worked perfect, keyboard never worked.

Very pleased with this purchase. The adaptive display (screen going from dim to light) was annoying and typical disabling methods did not work. Had to create a custom power plan and so far so good.

I bought a month ago and am really pleased. Lightwieght, not loud, decent battery, and loads up/processes fast. Keyboard folds nicely but does struggle to register key strokes when propped to an incline (no issue when laying flat but that is more strain on fingers). Very glad that I bought.

Nothing bad to say about this device. Brilliant for the price. Have had it for nearly two years now. Very happy. Keyboard is slightly bouncy but it does not change how I feel about the product.

The keyboard on this device consistently freezes and fails to registers inputs. While updating the firmware to the latest fixes this problem, it also breaks multitouch features on the trackpad (including right clicking). Contacting support I was told that this was a software problem and not a hardware problem. After being forwarded to the software department, I was told I would have to pay $130 for them to fix this issue, even though my warranty was still good. Needless to say, I will not be buying lenovo again.

It looked good while it worked. I have used my Miix 700 for 3 months. Well, actually 2 before the device started crashing all the time. The screen goes black and there is no way to turn it on but rebooting (and sometimes that doesn't work either), it happens every 5 or 10 minutes making the device completely useless. If you read Lenovo forums you will find really a lot of people with similar problems, and we are not receiving any reasonable support from Lenovo at all (actually it is the worst customer support I have ever seen in my life). There was also a keyboard issue, although that one seemed to be solved after a driver update. Yes, the device have some nice features but the unit reliability makes it the worst laptop/tablet I have ever owned.

I bought the tablet so that i could take notes and also install some engineering programs. The the tablet works great, its not the fastest with the specs i purchased but it works and its not painfully slow. The reason i didnt give it 5 stars is because the touch pad on my keyboard is not always responsive. I would be moving around my finger on it but no movement is translated on the screen. I realize the table is still under warranty so i plan to contact them to see if i can get it replaced.

This is my 2nd Lenovo Miix that I have purchased in the past 18 months. I use the 1st one for my professional office and the 2nd for my personal use etc. I would Highly recommend this Tablet especially for those one the go and wanting the power of a PC and the versatility of the tablet.

This is a great machine. I do have issues with the keyboard. It disconnects and reconnects while typing. It only does this when elevated. When lying flat I've no problems. The OS is a bit bloated but I still like the machine.

This tablet is an excellent, sleek, high-performance alternative to a laptop. I use Photoshop and Illustrator on it with as strong performance as on my desktop. My only criticism is that some windows from various software packages appear a bit blurry, though most do not.

I bought this to replace a broken i5 Surface Pro 3. Although not as powerful, for everyday use, ie web, mail, video, photos, productivity, etc, it handles everything very well. Multitasking with the 8gb model is no problem at all, with no noticeable slowdown/throttling. The battery is very good, better than the Surface. I can go all day with word and web open and still have battery left over. And with no fan, it runs quiet. After installing all the updated drivers/firmware, the mouse trackpad has been great. Very accurate and it is adjustable via the ELAN software. The keyboard is very nice, with good travel and sound. I would say it is up there with the Surface Pro 4. The Pen is very nice, with great sensitivity and feeling. The pen holder is a nice touch and easy to move and attach as needed. The kickstand works as advertised and is sturdy; no issues with that. It will play some games, but it isn't designed for that. I play Kerbel and This War of Mine just fine. Overall, really impressed with this little computer. I would recommend it to anyone needing something in this category. The price for what you get really is a great deal.

I bought this computer a few weeks ago to replace an aging laptop as my primary novel writing machine. I was looking for something that I could throw into a bag for writing on the go but could also 'dock' and use as a more serious computer. This fit the bill. Its portability, size, and battery life make it great for using it in a coffee shop or at the kitchen table.

I really like the m series processor that doesn't make noise. It does get a little warm on the back of the tablet but it's not annoying. Speakers were a surprise in that they sounded better than I imagined for a midsize tablet. Keyboard is great except I would have like backlighting on the keys. The touchpad is very responsive and the pen works well. I use it for drawing. I also like how well the machine is built. The backstand snaps back into place when not being used and the hinges are nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought this about two months ago and I couldn't be more happier. Pros: Great display. pictures are nice and vivid. Internet is fast and reliable. Speakers are incredible; considering that its a tablet Weight is excellent. screen is responsive. overall a very fast and nimble PC. Battery life is pretty awesome Cons: -Power adapter is pretty hefty for the size of the tablet. -When I first got the tablet and tried to recharge it only charged up to 48% but I found a solution on line that recommended that the tablet be turned off when charging. That worked for me now it charges up to 100% like it supposed to. -Lenovo bloatware (get rid of it. most of the Lenovo software was outdated and didn't work.

Initially I was sent a system that had some issues, and Lenovo Customer Service worked with me to replace it. The process was pretty simple and only a minor inconvenience. The only minor disappointments of the system itself is that it did not have a Port for a SIM card to making it viable to use on a Cellular 4G network, but this is not that big of a deal since most Cell Phones can become Hot Spots these days. If you want a Form Fitting Otterbox Style Case to protect your Miix 700, get ready to shell out between $40 (Max Case) and $70(Gumdrop Case). I personally went with the Max Case because of the Keyboard latch. Anyway, after the exchange, the second Miix 700 that I received has not had any problems and I really like the functionality for having the detachable keyboard system. If you are looking for a Solid Laptop/Tablet Convertible for Steaming, Word Processing and General Internet Surfing this really is a great product.

I bought this around 1.5 month ago and currently using this in most of times instead of my 15" laptop. The light weight and robust integrated kick stand design is great buying point to me. So far, I don't have any problem in using this table. But a few concern I like to write here for Lenovo's the next model design. 1. Desired distinguishable power button and sound button- Two buttons are located on the same spot and touching feeling on them is also same.. in many times when I use in the dark room, I pressed the sound button instead of power button to turn on the tablet. Locate the power button on the opposite side or bigger power button shall be better. 2. Power light on speed - Instant power light on is needed after pressing power button. the LED power light follows after 1 to 2 seconds after I press power button, so after I press the power button, I should wait for a few seconds to make sure the table starts. If pressing twice, it goes to the sleep mode.. 3. Stylus - Need better stylus attachment design to the tablet.. Magnetic or pen hole in the table... 4. Screen orientation lock : The orientation keeps unlocking after rebooting. Besides the listed detailed design issue, I would like to rate the general performance as 9 out of 10 in this price range. Strongly recommend to the buyers who are looking for the portable window Tablet.

I bought this laptop 10 months ago from Costco. I liked everything about it. It worked perfectly until a week ago. Windows 10 wouldn't load and I had to take it in for service just to load windows to save my data. I couldn't get Windows to repair itself, so I ended up having to reinstall windows and all apps. It was painful and time consuming. Not sure if the issue was hardware or software. I just finished installing the main apps. Hopefully, it will continue to work like it did before.
