Lightweight and functional

I am very pleased with this laptop. I read reviews about the keyboard layout; it is not that big of a deal. In a day or two, I was used to it. I like the speed and the screen.

Great computer

I've had this for only a week, but I've put in many hours. I love it, and I love Windows 10. I had 10 before but if was an upgraded Windows 7, and not as good as this. I have only one complaint. The shift key for the right hand is not easy to reach way over to the right, and the key is 1/2 the size of a regular keyboard. I think I'll finally conquer it, but right now it's a pain. The screen is so crisp and clear. I have not ever had a better computer.

Fantastic price for a good product

I bought this Lenovo to replace a smaller Lenovo I bought years ago. I am a photographer and needed a larger laptop to take with me when in the field or in workshops. This seemed to be the right choice. I would have given this touch pad the fifth star if it hadn't been so full of advertising... there are so many programs to buy or sites popping up on the multiple web apps. I have found that to be annoying enough to skip the 5th star.

Not as Advertised

While it advertises "blazing fast" performance, my Lenovo 310 takes 3-4 minutes (I've timed this on multiple occasions from pressing start to accessing the Internet or Word. I expected more from a device with 12gb RAM and a 7th generation Intel processor. Also, Lenovo suggests a battery life of "5 hours of video playback" whereas I have never (not once!) experienced more than 2 hours of battery life. Now, after a mere five months of ownership and use, my Lenovo 310 regularly crashes. When it works, the Lenovo 310 is at best an OK device.

Terrible Customer service

Purchased this laptop and had a problem with my purchase. Contacted Lenovo and the agent was unable to assist me. Spoke to a Supervisor that dropped the ball for about a month.
