I bought this Chromebook in 2019. About a few weeks ago, the keys B, N, + and volume up stopped working. The screen keyboard works fine, so I have been awkwardly typing with both the physical and virtual keyboards. I've tried everything from resetting the device to power washing, but it seems like a hardware issue. It's a shame because the device is still snappy and more convenient than my PC.

Good part: love the design, keyboard, 2 in 1 design. Bad part: it is very slow even compared to my lenovo tab with 2gb ram. After 2 days of use I was not able to login to the machine and it restarted and all my apps reinstalled again. With the experience I am not sure how stable the laptop is.

I love my chrome book. I just needed it for simple tjings such a zoom and word. I use other apps on here also. Perfect for what i needed it for.

My 6 year old daughter uses this for most of her schoolwork. We homeschool and this has been an absolute life saver. It was an easy transition from a Fire Tablet and this Chromebook is so much more powerful! We love that it works as a Tablet or a Laptop!

We use this size Chromebook at my school as a backup or loaner computer. This model has a solid hinge and the case is very sturdy compared to other models we've used. I like the touchscreen and tablet mode options, though we have not been able to test a non-capacitive pen on it yet. Looking forward to purchasing more of these in the future!

Bought for my mom, will get 2 more for my kids. My mom keeps clicking on things she shouldnt, and as a result, may have an infected computer. So for mothers day and to keep my mom safe, I have purchased this Chromebook. It is super easy for her to use, and I have set it up so I can have access too. Im really impressed and happy with it so far and look forward to giving it to her.

This Chromebook is perfect for what i need it to do. I got it for my wife was using her cell pone for al our kids school zoom meetings and doctors appointments. with the flexibility of this device and the touch screen it fits every need she has!

This Chromebook seemed high quality, but the dim colorless screen with a pronounced yellow tint (nightlight was not turned on was a deal-breaker for me. I returned the unit to Lenovo. Since no other users mentioned the poor screen quality I might have received a damaged Chromebook.

I was skeptical about switching over to a chromebook as I have always had Lenovo laptops BUT I wouldn?t know the difference now! I was so stressed about switching over because I couldn?t find much information on if I needed to purchase a key code for Microsoft to access word, excel, teams etc. if you are familiar with google docs and how to use/navigate those programs you won?t need it! I am still not sure if you can buy Microsoft or not but the chromebook is a great choice!

I love this laptop. It?s perfect for what I needed which is a computer for schoolwork. It also works amazing for just surfing the web. I love that it can almost be a tablet because the keyboard folds fully behind the screen, I also love that it?s touchscreen, that always comes in handy. The only reason I didn?t give this 5 stars is because it?s not the fastest computer, it?s not slow, it?s not so slow that it annoys or bothers me, but it?s not instantaneous either. The camera works better than I expected. I was using a loaner Lenovo chrome book that?s black from my school prior to getting this one for myself, and the camera was awful compared to this. This one is def bet he r during my school zoom calls etc. I like that it?s not huge and it?s easier to transport around, it charges fast and the charge lasts me probably 6+ hours if I?m using it straight. I think it?s a cute little white laptop and I?m so glad I bought it! I also love that I was given the option in checkout to make 4 payments instead of paying in full that day, I paid 4x $62 to pay off in full. It has a 1 year warranty and that?s always helpful. I really recommend this computer to anyone except gamers or if you need a ton of storage.. but honestly I bought an SD card and just use that, so it really doesn?t matter what the storage is for photos, videos, apps, etc.

My child has been able to place this in their backpack and cart it to school daily. It is light, yet durable. It allows her to perform all the functions her middle school schedule demands. She particularly likes the fact she can use it like a tablet, at times.

I love how you can flip the screen entirely and turn it into a tablet, I love that it?s touchscreen, I thought it would be slow but it?s honestly not bad! The only times I wouldn?t recommend this laptop is when you want a laptop for gaming or something similar to that. With an SD card this laptop can pretty much do whatever you need. It?s relatively fast considering the RAM it has, it?s perfect for what I needed and I love the white and think it?s so pretty. I thought it would be a bit smaller with the 11.1 inch screen but it?s really not too bad, pretty standard size. It has much better video quality than I thought too. I had a loaner Lenovo chrome book in black from my school because I didn?t own a laptop and I always looked awful in the zoom classes, this one is much sharper and has a much better image. No delay in my videos or anything. Super quick and easy setup. I really love this laptop. I can?t stress that enough.. if you?re going back and forth worried it?ll be slow or not great, think again. Get it. I love also that you can make 4 interest free payments to buy This. I did the 4 payments of $62 each. That really helped me out a lot. It also has a code right now to save $50. What?s not to love!

My wife loves her small very portable Chromebook. Her old HP developed intermittent problems with a blank screen. The touch screen is a little difficult to use because of the small size. Maybe a stylus would help out. Much better video and sound quality compared to the old laptop. I hope this unit is a reliable as my Thinkpad.
