New Personal Computer
This is a nice little computer for my husband and I to use for our day to day needs. We were looking for a computer so we could look things up, plan vacations and keep tabs on finances.

Decent computer for price

It's fast enough for my needs. The screen is hard to read without reading glasses. More so, in bright light, less so in dim light.

Great laptop
For such a inexpensive lap top it is extremely sturdy. Had good response. Fairly quick.
Screen is clear and bright good color and contrast.
Purchased as as a donation to the Masonic Lodge I belong to. For the Master to use, keep much better track of his upcoming year.

A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED
THE LAPTOP PRICE WAS FANTASTIC...LENOVO MAKES GREAT PRODUCTS. BUT THE ONLY THING I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH WAS THE SPEED. SO SLOW. MOST CONSUMERS JUST ASSUME ALL NEW PRODUCTS BOUGHT TODAY ARE FASTER AND NOT SLOWER. AND IT COMES WITH WINDOWS 10 NOT WINDOWS 11 AS ADVERTISED. SUPPOSED TO DOWNLOAD FROM MICROSOFT.

New Unit, had tech problems being resolved
Got the unit but within a week the unit would not turn on. Called customer service and went through trouble shooting with tech. Couldn't resolve the problem and they sent me the package, etc. to ship it back for repair. While it was working it was great and the tech support went well. Looking forward to getting the unit back. "Things Happen!" and the response was great.

Excellent laptop for it's price
Excellent for its price. If you are looking for something light , handy to do some day to day stuff, bill payment, little bit of coding, watching movies , shopping from the comfort of your couch, this is the perfect laptop. It's obviously not for gaming or heavy graphics but small cute handy light laptop. The keyboard does not have light so I bought a reading light usb in case I work in a low light.

Dependable brand and upgrade from a Tablet...
this computer is an upgrade from a Tablet had been using, also a Lenovo. I wanted something small and had a keyboard so this fit the bill. It is lighter than my old machine and has Win11 Pro, a big plus. the computer is well laid out, like the two USB ports, and can now connect more stuff as needed. This was needed because always used a mouse and disconnected the pointer built-in. The screen is larger than my tablet and seems brighter which is nice. The keyboard has an excellent feel in common with Lenovo's. I'm still setting it up for Win11 and have more stuff to learn. I've had many other computer brands and have settled on Lenovo from experience for the way it holds up over time, unlike other brands that seem to deteriorate more quickly.

Lenovo Technology
Nothing in life is perfect, but my laptop comes close and I love it. Just like every other technology computers requires it's own maintenance such as Windows Updating and hardware update from Lenovo website. That's all I have to say on this topic.

lap top keeps shutting off randomly when I move it, speakers are underneath computer so it needs to be raised to hear anything, volume very low, computer is slow, I keep getting pop-up messages about products related to the laptop. I'm not very tech savvy, and I'm used to a Mac, so I might be biased based on my lack of knowledge of Windows. I also got this laptop on loan from my school, so I have no idea whether the quality reflects the price point reasonably. This is why I generously give the machine 4 stars instead of 2 or 3...
