I purchased my laptop over one year ago. I waited to post this review until I was able to complete a good time of use on the machine and I can tell you I am extremely happy with it. Although its only a laptop and the RTX 30 Series were not yet available in laptops I wanted to get something that was future proof for a bit and Its a complete beast!! It has had its fair share of minor glitches which were a direct result of display drivers, but other than that, the machine has been completely amazing and surpassed all expectations for it. get one, you will be happy and wont be disappointed. I went with the 7i over the 5i for more than just the available CPU, it was the build quality that gives me the chills. Its a top par build and very sturdy.

The purchasing of my Lenovo legion was super easy. Shipping was spot on for the day they estimated and the customer service was great. Highly recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a new computer.

A bit hard to say what the future will bring, as the laptop's only a few weeks old, but everything's working just as it should so far. Hopefully it continues to do so. I particularly like the backlit keyboard and I find the screen to be very crisp and clear. The mouse took a little getting used to compared to my ThinkPad (which has buttons, but now it's fine.

I bought this for my wife, as she spends a lot of time for our company doing research. I bought this as an upgrade from an HP. I use a Lenova for myself, & i am never disappointed.

I've had this approximately a month, I upgraded from an ASUS ROG G75VX that I've had since 2013. This is my first Lenovo laptop. I am happy with the speed and the graphics. Start up is super quick. There are keyboard backlight options that are cool, although I don't believe there is a way to turn it off. I wish there was a bit more HD space, but will just plan to get an external HD so not a big deal and not any different than competitors. My biggest complaint is that this thing gets super hot when I'm running my game (GW2). I haven't tried any other games yet, so don't know how those will be. But when running GW2 it's been up in the 180's (F). So I had to buy a cooling pad, which only helps a few degrees but at least keeps it from turning my legs red. Even with the cooling pad this thing is much lighter than my ASUS so I'm happy with that. Overall consider this a good investment.

Beautiful screen and all metal design. Great portability due to relatively light weight. Refresh rate is phenomenal. Multitaskers will love the power. With a few tweaks it can pull off 4K hdr between 60-110 fps but it really shines at 1080p and 120-150 htz. Just keep it cool and is a powerhouse. One gripe is the rainbow rgb icue software can be a battery hog but there are many simple fixes on YouTube.

Great product. I really only buy Lenovo at the moment due to the price and quality of build. I only buy gaming laptops so that they can be used for anything for the next 5 or so years. It?s definitely worth it for fewer headaches down the road. My sons & wife love them.

This is by most the brightest and a very powerful gaming laptop I had ever owned. The fan speeds are great although uncontrollable like the predators from acer. Even though this computers performance is so great just now you need a proper wifi to withstand your great specs. The only disappointment I was how poorly they placed the windows and rtx stickers on my laptop. It was placed crooked and carelessly. But even with this the computers performance is top notch. I do recommend a cooling pad to allow longer lifetime for this model.

Seems like a great little machine! Very fast bootup, response times, nice large keyboard with separate number pad. Hefty construction.

The screen is peeling from the hinges and it's built quite poorly. Not an awful computer overall but the case is just utter junk. I've tried to super glue and solder it back together but it's not use at the end of the day it's still cheap material. Pretty disappointed for the money.

Impressive design and features! Feels like a solid and quality laptop. Replaced an MSI gaming laptop with this Lenovo Legion and I gotta tell you- the Legion laptop leaves the MSI in the dust. Apples and Oranges. Highly recommend.

The performance of the machine is good (which is expected). But facing an issue with the build in speakers in ubuntu 20.04.

I was excited to purchase this device but am left disappointed. Someone set a default spinning wheel of color for the keyboard that cannot be changed. I though this was a joke, it definitely looks like a joke. It is hard coded or something and it's permanent. Bummer. Wake up time is horrible. Coming from a mac, I expect to open screen, start working. Never another thought. With Lenovo, open screen.... wait.. loading loading loading. In this day and age, yea it's seconds.. but I'll not buy another one of these. The build quality was always suspect. Screen and trackpad have flex that you wouldn't expect coming from a macbook. Now, while opening the screen like one does with a laptop, one of the hinges just cracked and the screen is peeling apart. Waiting to see how Lenovo handles the situation.

This laptop actually arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. When I got the laptop and first started using it it was very easy to navigate. My biggest complaint with the laptop is that it only gets a maximum of 3 hours battery life. However we live in a time where a power outlet is always available so it is not that big of a deal. I really like the screen, it is the first high refresh rate screen I?ve ever had and have no complaints with it. When I ordered the laptop I was a bit worried about the fans being really loud with it being a gaming laptop. While the fans do get loud sometimes, it?s not an annoying pitch.

Just purchased a Legion laptop for my son and he absolutely loves it. During the purchase I had to use a customer service agent, and the service was nothing short of phenomenal. Great price, great product, exceptional customer service....I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Excellent Laptop so far. Runs a little warm, but that is typical. Was planning on getting a cooling pad anyways. Runs my most advanced games on there highest graphics and no noticeable lag.

Sales department was very knowledgeable and only sold me what I needed to buy for my daughter to use at college. I figured they saved me $500 over a competitor I had talked to the day before.

The first 7i I got had faulty CPU thermal paste--it was hitting 95C just idling. After the RMA (which was painless, I got through to tech support immediately, and they didn't say "reboot", "reinstall", just, "Yep, that's faulty CPU thermal paste, we can send out a tech to replace it or you can RMA it": The cooling solution is incredible. Even in performance mode, it doesn't get very loud, while outperforming nearly everything else out there. I got the i7-10750H, 2060, non-Gync model. In ...
