Coming from a 2021 Dell 15-5000, this is my 1st Lenovo ever. I like the solid build, design look, display, and sound. Battery life could be better b/c the charger brick is big to pack around. Love that I am able to adjust so many settings with the Vantage app. If those features/settings had been advertised, I wouldn't have taken so long to choose this. My Mac-loving brother is impressed with this laptop. What could be better is the warranty options. The shipping process was not great.

I seriously love this pc. The case is so durable and feels luxurious. The screen is perfect from the display to the touchscreen. It is an awesome laptop for a student or work from home!

This thing is junk. Struggles to load web pages with any kind of video. I'm not talking about video editing, just opening 1 web page with video. Do yourself a favor and get an AMD with independent video card

Well-rounded, fun and friendly. A 2-in-1 360 degree convertible. Chassis is of good quality. Large keyboard and lightweight. Highly recommended.

So disappointed with this laptop. Thought going from a 3 year old Surface Laptop was an upgrade but what a mistake. The screen is glitching when on 90 hertz. If you look at the top of the screen it's loading a million tabs on its own. Restarted 4 times and same mess. Oh but the McAfee sales service continues to show. I only bought this because the deal look good with 1 TB. Big mistake. Luckily I didn't get rid of my Surface Laptop 3. I know they won't refund me which is not fair for what I spent. Would not recommend spending your hard earned money on this junk.

Love this laptop, its quick and very sleek in appearance. The fold open top makes a create surface for the kids to draw on or watch tv while I can close it and use it for work as a traditional laptop

This laptop has never worked properly. So many issues with not being able to turn it on. I had a service call come and replace all the insides and the same issue is occurring, 2 months later. When it has turned on, it has never functioned properly with docking station. I could not power the laptop on using the docking station power button like I do with my other laptops. This is very discouraging as I bought this laptop for my daughter to do her 8th grade homework, and she keeps having to go back to her school issued slow laptop. I was also very disappointed to learn after I bought it that I cannot upgrade the memory. That was not clear in the details when i purchased it, but I could have missed it. Maybe bad luck all around as I definitely got a lemon. I have always purchased lenovo, so this is unexpected and disappointing.

The computer works great, I've had it for a little bit. But then I try to use the stylus and it's broke in the computer and pieces fell out of the computer. I don't know how this happened since I don't move it too often. I tried to see if a new stylus was possible to get and I can't one that's available.

I love the fingerprint reader, the screen clarity and the touch screen. There are several things that are small, but glaring for me. I have the silver Yoga and the grey printing of the key IDs is very hard to read, particularly on the FN keys. Also, and I understand this is the norm now, but I hate that the CTRL and FN keys have swapped places on the keyboard. I use the CTRL key constantly for short cuts and now it is too far away from some frequently used keys to reach easily with one hand. I also miss the multiple USB ports and am researching a connector that will give multiple ports. I also miss the TrackPoint.

One of the best laptops out there if you want a Windows system. Super high-quality hardware built with excellent screen resolution and a powerful processor

I bought this for school and, to be honest, it wasn't worth it. The build quality is superb. The speakers and display are great, the mousepad is a great size and the keys are nice and solid. However, the battery life and power management is extremely lacking. I can barely get through 4.5 hours of work before it's almost dead. This is terrible considering I only really use it for writing and the occasional streaming of music and movies (I have a desktop at home for intensive tasks). On top of that, often those simple tasks cause the laptop to get pretty warm and cause the fan to turn on. Considering the use and price of this product, I find this to be unacceptable.

The finger tip recognizer does not work well. It is common on this product . It is the second time I purchase one.

Solid laptop, but battery NOT as reviewed online. As a business traveler my #1 priority was battery life. After extensive review research on several high end tech sites, this model came up as among the very best on battery life. Nonsense! It's very average. Reviews say 12-14 hrs which is a joke. It's more like 3-4 hrs. Even with brightness down just browsing the web. Very disappointing. Battery aside, its a solid laptop but quirky and you need to dig into settings to customize.

I purchased a Yoga 9i 14th generation laptop in June 2022, shortly after the model with 16 GB of memory became available. I previously owned a Yoga 9 I purchased in 2015, and was beginning to become less reliable. Because my old Yoga had lasted so long, I decided to purchase another. After using the laptop for approximately 6 months, the laptop stopped charging. Lenovo customer service was aboslutely horrible to work with. They told me Best Buy would be able to fix my laptop; I brought it to Best Buy and they said they didn't sell my model so they recommended Lenovo fix it. It took over an hour to get shipping labels when speaking to a customer service representative, who was only interested in selling me extended warranties but never told me the prices. The repreentative provided conflicting information, like to send my laptop back in the original box, where the guidance I received via email was not to use the original box. It should not take multiple calls and multiple hours to ship a computer back to Lenovo for service. I was also told that Lenovo's warranty will only replace the battery once, so if the new battery stops charging again, it won't be covered by warranty. The laptop itself is fine, but I no longer think the cost of the laptop is worth it given how hard it is to get it fixed. I will likely not buy another lenovo product after this experience. I understand that sometimes even good laptops have issues, but with such bad customer service, I would caution against purchasing from Lenovo.

Great little laptop it works great so far. It shipped very quickly. The lack of ports is my only complaint but I knew that when I purchased it. I think most people will want or need to purchase a hub to add more ports at some point. Other then that though Lenovo nailed the 2:1!

Excellent laptop! Paid a great price! Powerful and fast processor. The laptop is very stylish and the leather on the shell is unique. I had a yoga 720 before which was great also. This a a very nice upgrade if you want something slim and powerful for personal or work use. Great job by Lenovo engineers!

Pros: great sound quality and streaming Cons: Poor pen design, glitchy switching between programs, slow when using Microsoft office suite. Bought this 4 months ago to use for school. I was really looking forward to the tablet conversion to be able to take notes during class. The pen that it comes with is small (afraid I will snap it while writing) and the battery only lasts ~40 minutes, not even long enough for one class period. Went to upgrade to a sturdier, longer lasting lenovo pen, and NONE are compatible with this computer. Huge disappointment for a laptop that is sold as a 2 in 1. Otherwise the system has a hard time with switching between programs, and nothing to demanding, like between word and chrome. Pretty slow when working with Microsoft suite for whatever reason, but then if I stream a movie the system has no problem handling that, and the sound bar is awesome.

This laptop is power in a small and light package. I use this for my small photography business and it has the processing speed needed to edit photos as well as the memory capability needed to store all my work. So far, in my two decades of owning laptops, this has been my absolute favorite one to work on.

Great machine, easy to setup, arrived in nice packaging. Mouse pad is tricky and takes some getting used to. Sleek design. Light and easy to travel with.

I bought this computer back in March. At first, I was really enjoying my switch from Mac products over to a PC. I do not use this computer for anything more than school work and web searches. I have been extremely gentle with it. However, within the last week I have run into more issues than I ever did with my Mac in the 8 years I had it. My first issue was with power issues on the device. I could not get the computer to turn on or charge. The support chat on mobile phone was next to impossible to use. When you attempted to try and find other information or send a picture the chat would disconnect and several times I had to begin the process over with different service techs. I was sent a new charger. This did not resolve the issue. With, once again, multiple attempts to reach out via chat and having been disconnected from chats multiple times they had me send the laptop into the repair center. Nothing was officially diagnosed, their repair status tracker only stated that they found the issue and resolved it. I have no idea what the actual issue or solution was. Upon return the keyboard was locked in certain ways that I could not figure out how to unlock with multiple google searches. Once again, I made several attempts to chat with the support, was disconnected and had to explain over and over the issue at hand. If I could still return this device for my money back I would gladly do so. I switched over to PC from Mac and have had nothing but issues since. I have never made a more regrettable decision when it has come to electronics. I have no doubt that I will continue to have issues and unfortunately I will not be under warranty forever.

It's a stable, good working unit, but the CPU is dated. The performance is middling and not very speedy. Given that it's an i7 and sports the new "intel evo" labeling, I expected a CPU that is newer and not 2 or 3 years old from the intial manufacturer's release date. Being a longtime IT pro, it's my bad relying more on company reputation/trust and not taking more time and effort to thoroughly research the components before purchasing. Finally, I would have liked a Windows Pro option to bundle with the unit, as it ships only with the (imho) near-useless Home edition.
