Beware of scam

I purchased this laptop here on the Lenovo website. After 2 months of it stopped working. When I call tech support, I noticed there was no serial number on the device. One would think that wouldn't be a problem be because I have proof of purchase and a downloadable invoice on my account. Nope, nope the invoice is there but I am unable to download it. I'm stuck with pretty laptop that doesn't work and a warrantee that I can't USE. Will not shop with Lenovo ever again.

IdeaPad compared to Cromebook home use.

The IdeaPad is an excellent product. It has the ability to handle the needs of a at home computer. My wife was pleased with the unit. She was not happy with the Cromebook she was using.

Nice but slow

Received tablet after several weeks wait (when I ordered it, it showed it would be delivered within the week). It is pretty and light weight, but incredibly slow. I am using it to start a business and it feels like 1990s slow. Hoping it will improve but not seeing any change.

Can't beat it for the awesome price. I miss not having a touch screen, but I will get used to it. Windows 11 is taking a little to acclimate to also. Overall, awesome Lenovo laptop.

Great value and memory is upgradeable

For the money, only $259 on sale, a great value. Amazingly the ram is easily upgradeable to 12GB with a 8GB card, less than $25. Full HD screen. I use for streaming and internet browsing with no issues. A memory card easily upgrades the internal memory, so store all your files on the memory card, and only the programs/apps on the hard drive. So far very pleased.
