I have used Lenovo's IdeaPad for 16+ years now. At 77 years old it has become an indispensable part of my busy life. And, it has served me well in that capacity... staying in touch with work partners and friends throughout the U.S and literally the world... consulting, global sales, doing research, developing company policy, even publishing children's books. A day does not go by that don't utilize it to interact with friends and work partners. Lenovo's IdeaPad has literally become my right arm so to speak. Recently downsizing to a smaller residence, and preparing to publish another children's book, I decided it was time to treat my self to a new IdeaPad. Although I must say, my former IdeaPad had only one broken "wing" (aka hinge) on one side after all those years. That being said, I decided to donate my former 16+ year old IdeaPad to be refurbished and given to a young student in much need of a computer for school. So it lives on! Receiving my new IdeaPad Pro 5i 16" I was pleasantly surprised at the new hinge that runs all the way across the back. It is much sturdier. This new IdeaPad's size, keyboard and screen provide wonderful upgraded additions available to be used in my productivity arsenal. As usual Lenovo has come through with a great product that keeps this ole gal going. I'm like a kid in a candy store now. Thank you Lenovo!!! I hope to put another productive 16+years on this new IdeaPad Pro 5i. As I am sure my former IdeaPad will be doing for that other lucky individual that has your great, reliable product. My old laptop was ready to retire just as I was almost done with grad school, so I went online to do some extensive research, making comparisons in order for me to find the best laptop that fits my needs - price (I am currently working part-time while supporting my 5-member household), features (built-in camera/mic for proctored exams, 10-key feature, bluetooth and wired accessory capabilities, USB and microUSB outlets), aesthetics (needed a sleek-looking laptop). I found Lenovo to be always at the top of the list and I was so excited because not only did I find the perfect laptop, I was also able to avail of a HUGE discount. I am so happy with my Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i. I highly recommend it - or other products that fit your needs because Lenovo is a proven name - computers and accessories you'll know will last for as long as you need them!

Great computer for my needs. I've only had a for a few weeks, and no issues have come up. Great graphics which will be helpful for me as a marketing professional. I also find this to be the perfect size - large enough screen to see what I'm doing, but still small/light enough for travel.

Got this laptop on sale for around $1000CAD, and at that price, this laptop is an amazing deal. Looks and feels great, and has enough power for consistent 1080p gaming. Only complaint is battery life can be inconsistent/finicky to manage.

Horrible Performance. This computer chugs like it is from the 90's. I have yet to take it to work as it constantly crashes out my Adobe Lightroom app. Cannot image it actually running more than an internet search engine and ANYTHING. So super disappointed so far; should not have to disable 3,000 apps and programs I have no need for just to start using the device. Want to cry OR throw the thing across the room. Waste of my life.

This is the perfect laptop for me. I love the look, the design, the performance, and the price. I'm not a gamer. I just needed a mid-price laptop for home use and occasional work. This laptop has everything I need. I'm very happy with it. Long-lasting battery, fast performance, crisp resolution for video watching, and so much more. I'm glad I gave Lenovo a chance.

I had an IdeaPad before and I really like them. This IdeaPad Pro seems more substantial. The speed, freedom of apps and security methods are very acceptable. The biggest problem is Windows 11. Like everything else relating to big tech, it is constantly trying to control instead of serve.

I tried an LG gram. Though lighter, it didn't have as many features as the IdeaPad 5i for about the same price. IdeaPad had more storage, better graphics, better sound, SD slot, and two USB-C, one of which was a working Thunderbolt 4.

Love the screen and keyboard. Performance is great, works perfect for work and gets the job done for light gaming (Palworld). Form factor is so slim and satisfying. Battery life is good enough. I do prefer the trackpad on the legion's, but this one is ok. Most expensive purchase I've made in a while but I have absolutely no regrets.

Not loaded with unwanted apps and works fast and reliably. Since killing my Dell Workstation with a miss-sip of Pinot Grigio wine, I have been looking for a replacement that I could appreciate for its design and function. This IdeaPad fits the bill: a nice, big, bright, screen and zippy app management. Absolutely no issues so far. Highly recommended.

Works great, fast, graphics are good, and the keyboard and trackpad feel great. Works ok for but isn't perfect for gaming or that sort of thing but it runs quite well and feels clean and easy. Screen is plenty bright and sound from computer is surprisingly good.

I was impressed with the components in this laptop at the price point. So far it has operated perfectly with no issues. Lightweight and thin design makes it much easier for my older hands to pick up. Time will tell but I use a Lenovo laptop at work 9 hours a day and it has been flawless in well over a year so I am expecting no less from this laptop.

This laptop is great quality, everything that I expected from a Lenovo laptop. It's been a few weeks without any issues, and I am very impressed. The delivery was a little annoying, but I was able to receive it successfully in the end. Would recommend this to anyone who used design softwares like Adobe.

I love my new Lenovo Idea Pad! I've never owned a laptop before but I've used many. The keyboard is so much better than any other laptop I've used! It's very user friendly. The screen size is ideal. The battery lasts long enough for me to use it all evening while browsing the web and completing other tasks. I'm very happy with my purchase.
