I use my laptop, instead of my phone for surfing, as I am older and cannot see that well, to use my phone. The laptop is lightweight, and fast, even for our less-than-ideal internet service. I can easily see the backlit keyboard. This is my 2nd purchase of a Lenovo laptop and I have no complaints. My 3-year-old Slim Pad 3, needed some updated drivers and windows update, that I was unable to do on my own. Lenovo mailed me a box to have it sent and updated and fixed without cost and in a very timely manner. This is a good company with excellent products and service.

I really love my new laptop. It is light and power enough to do the generative computing that I need. It's also sleek and easy to use. I am thinking of getting some peripherals for it. It's a little too sensitive without a mouse.

One of the best laptops you can buy for this price. It's touchscreen, size of the screen is quite big, and the battery lasts very long. All other characteristics are excellent too: it's intel core i7, disc capacity, etc.

Really like my new computer. It is all that they imply and easy to transfer, once you get it all together. I replaced my 7 year old Lenovo with this one. It is excellent.

My computer performs well. The screen resolution is great. It is heavier than other laptops I've owned but that's okay because of the features. I love the financial keypad and use it often.

The laptop is a decent machine for a decent price but it does not include any basic utility software such as Word or Excel or anything similar. It is fairly frustrating that you can't make a note or a grocery list without paying another $150 to make the laptop useful. That would be fine for a business that already has all of the licenses but not so much for personal use.

The computer itself is fine. There are a couple of apps, like HP Smart, that will not work on this computer, and I cannot get support. I may return the computer if I cannot get it to work.

It's a good laptop. It has a back-lit full size keyboard which was one of the main things I needed. The only real issue is I wish the sound was louder. I find myself jacking the volume up to match the sound level I had on my previous laptop.

I originally bought a Dell laptop from Costco with the same features as this Lenovo. It was a piece of trash from day one. Took it back and bought this one. I love everything about this laptop. I don't need much from a computer as I'm retired. This has the storage I need for photographs I've taken over the last 25 years. It works for streaming videos. It's only limited by my crappy internet provider. The display has amazing clarity and color.

I received my laptop earlier than the delivery timeframe provided. Set up was a very simple process. Love that the keyboard is full size and includes a number pad. It was compatible with my current docking station, monitors, and printer - a HUGE plus! Glad I decided to get the Lenovo instead of an HP or Dell.

I'm really enjoying this laptop so far. It's been plenty fast and holds a charge. The touch screen, 9 key pad and illuminated keyboard are all a step up from my previous HP laptop and case seems to be more solid as well.

I will start by saying that this review rating is not about the quality of the product. I ordered Lenovo Ideapad in mid-February under a sale they had with the ships fast and free special. It was supposed to arrive in about a week. Then I get an email that the shipment got delayed with no new expected arrival date. Then crickets? I heard nothing. I called after that and they said they should be able to get it to me in the next week but that they would send me another email. Then it was delayed again. I called multiple times constantly having to check in and see what was happening and got very close to canceling multiple times. Long story short, I got the computer like 4-5 weeks after I ordered. They gave me 5% off for all the hassle I went through but honestly it should have been a lot more. They didn't get close to fulfilling their promise on the shipping and the amount of follow up and work I had to do to receive the computer was insane. The staff was respectful and friendly when I called, but I'm not sure they understood my situation very well. The computer has been perfectly fine since receiving it, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
