This was the 18th model I added to our company fleet of pc's! We are very happy with the simple set-up, quality of graphics and processing data in the cloud, so much so that we have standardized this model in this physician's medical practice. The first unit was added almost 2 to 3 yrs ago and the latest last month.

Fan gets overheated at the most simple of tasks. Can be heard from rooms away. Computer a bit laggy if you have more than one window open

I am probably one of the least tech savvy people ever. This computer talks to you and listens to what you say, so set up is an ease. There are no parts to put together nor chords, except the power cord. While the computer screen is big the complete computer takes up very little space. I have only had my computer for about a month but so far it is wonderful....especially for those who are less than tech savvy.

This is one of the best All in one Desktops. I have purchased it for my business. It is very fast / easy to set up / having excellent speakers and camera. I would recommend this desktop.

Ir was easy to order.on their site and their chat employees are very knowledgable. I received it in two days. It was very easy to setup and included everything i needed to transfer files from another machine. The computer is very fast and starts uo quickly. It came with a Win 11upgrade which was smooth.

This was a quick and easy experience - try it yourself. The computer is great, it started right up and it was easy to transfer files from my other computer. Everything I needed was included

Nice fast computer, but one annoying problem: When the computer automatically goes into sleep mode, it freezes when I try to wake it up (either with the mouse or keyboard). Pushing/holding the power switch has no effect. I have to disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer to get it to shut off so I can restart it. I guess I'll have to contact Lenovo for warranty work if I can't figure out how to fix it myself. Maybe if someone from Lenovo see this review, they'll contact me?

I have had a number AIO machines. This my first Lenovo and so far I really like it. I have had it for about a week and it has been just fine. I am an older user so I don't do a lot with it but it is fast and has a great warranty and very reasonable in home service for 4 years.

I have had this problem since day one. At least 5 times a week the computer just freezes up. Nothing will work. I have to unplug the power source and reboot for it to work. I have been on with online techs at least 7 times. They all tell me to do the same thing...which does not fix the problem. I want the unit replaced.

the cell phone charging pad does not work and the volume buttons on the keyboard also do not work. tech service tried to upgrade the driver which made the keyboard not working at all. I later solved this by moving the dongle to a usb 3.0 instead of the 2.0 it was in. other than these defects the machine is great and very fast. I did make the mistake of accepting a free upgrade to windows 11 which I am getting used to.

Set-up for this computer was so very easy. I was really happy that the system did not come loaded with a lot of unwanted software. I really appreciated the free upgrade to Windows 11 as well. Although I like having the camera hidden, I have to remind myself to pull it up when going to meetings on ZOOM or Teams or the facial recognition with Windows. But so far, so good on its performance. Justing hoping some of my favorite older software can be installed. I also had wished I could have gotten this configuration with a smaller monitor but it's all good!

This was purchased to access MS Flight Simulator. While I was informed it met all minimum requirements, when loading, a window pops up saying it does not meet minimum requirements and may fail. It does not indicate which parameter is not met, so it is hard to know what needs to be upgraded. Still it functions relatively well with some minor lag on some screen movements.
