I am still trying to get an update on our Net30 Application submitted a few weeks ago. Sent to Fayderica Logan but she has not responded back to me on 2 occassions. I have more to order but need an answer. I can't put these items on my company card any longer as outline by my Finance Manager.

The braided cord is reassuring for durability, but makes every motion create a scratching sound that comes through the headset. Otherwise, very happy with this product.

Surprisingly, the audio quality is good for this low cost headset. Its design is great and lightweight so you can wear it comfortably. The cable is really long so I use a bungee cord to hold it up to avoid dangling.

within just a year's use, the unit's padding material has worn out & cracked open! the chosen material is TOO thin. OEM should have chosen a more durable material - especially one that would last longer than 1 year.

The headset is very light and comfortable that I sometimes forget I have them on, the sound quality is great for this price point, and the build seems sturdy enough to last a long time. All in all, a good budget gaming headset.

The fit is good overall and fits comfortably over your ears. Sound is OK for the price. You can hear people talk since it is not fitting tight against your head.

I have a small/medium head size so these barley fit... I'd only suggest these for medium+ sizes but they're comfortable. I'll probably have to Jimmy rig them with some sort of elastic band so they work better. The stereo works pretty well for the price. Light enough, around the ears, definitely reduces sounds. You might sweat a little bit but it's worth it. Keep in mind the microphone can go out or stay in which is a nice feature

The sound is very nice and I can wear these comfortably with glasses. The build quality seems solid as well. Two issues I have are: -The cable that connects to the computer (or other device) rubs against things and creates a noticable sound in your ear. This is presumably because it's a braided cord. If it was plastic it wouldn't look as good but it would probably be quieter -The volume is controlled not by a pair of buttons but by a dial that sticks up the side and is slightly corrugated to make it easier for you to move the dial. Unfortunately when you move your head or body the dial can easily rub against your clothes. It is so easy to move it that once an hour I accidentally mute myself. If the dial was stiffer to move it might be harder to move but would be more resistant to being so easily changed by accident. Alternatively have a locking switch. I haven't yet tested the microphone so I can't comment on that

Audio quality is good. It's comfortable to wear for a day full of meetings even if it gets a little warm around the ears. I have received feedback that my audio sounds good on calls. The mute volume is a little too close to my head when I'm wearing so I find myself searching for it a lot when I need to mute. The volume knob feels pretty basic but it works ok.

Bought these for my grandson's 12th birthday. He loved them. Fits well. Can be used with cell phone, Nintendo switch, and his Xbox. Grandson picked them out himself because of compatibility with all his devices. Went on a 16 hour drive to and from family vacation. He gamed and was happy. Everyone else in the car was happy too because they didn't have to listen to the sound effects.

Upon purchasing the headset I thought it would be reliable and practical for gaming. However this is far from the truth, I use it on a daily bases, and to my surprise, on numerous occasions, the headset didn't work (roughly 3 months after buying the headset. Another problem with the headset is the awful mic, I had multiple occasions where people would say that the mic sounded like a "McDonalds speaker". And that it blew people's eardrums out whenever I spoke, I tried other mics and it sounded fine. I would only recommend this mic if you want a mic to only last you a few months, but I would rather spend $60 on a reliable Turtle Beach headset.

They are a bit bulky, but that is because they actually fit over the ears. They are the first headphones I have found that don't hurt my ears after all day using them.

I bought these headphones a month ago and i am impressed by the performance so far. The sound reproducibility and bass is great for the price. The headphones could benefit from adjustable fit as they sit a loose on my head. They are comfortable to wear for decent amount of time and are lightweight. The integrated volume knob comes very handy, although i would still prefer some button based control as often the knob is turned accidentally by rubbing along clothes etc. and i keep wondering why i couldn't hear anything.
